Hi,
I came across MMS back in September after seeing a YouTube video
I then read the book followed by a week of research
after reading the Book I thought I will follow Jim and start with the capsules ..
this is what I have done its been up and down with diarrhea and on a couple of occasions severe
I got up to 4 drops but keep getting kicked back
I am now at 2 drops and can only take it for 6 hours before diarrhea sets in again..
can anyone help me because I am feeling lost and don't seem to be getting the benefits others have..

I'm very new here but my understanding is to keep cutting dosage in half until you can go the 8-10 hours every day; you don't want to stress the body any more than it already is.
Be well.

Hi CzechMate. Welcome to the forum!
When starting the protocol, if you kill more pathogens than your system can eliminate, you will likely suffer nausea , diahorrea, even vomiting. As 'question' suggests, cut the doses in half until you have eliminated the reaction. Stay with the reduced doses for a week. then GRADUALLY increase.
Mercury in tooth fillings causes the same symptoms as MS.

Hi Paul, thank you for your welcome.
and thanks for the guidance, i will lower my dose to 1 or even 1/2
i will miss tomorrow as i struggled for some hours today
My problems may have started with my teeth as i used to have 14 mercury fillings
i replace them with the white ones 15 years ago but i guess the mercury is still in me
which would explain why my symptoms have got gradually worse and probably why MMS is taking so long to help
I am aiming to get to MMS2 as that is advised Multiple Sclerosis

Hi CzechMate, and welcome to the forum.

The recommended protocol for MS is Protocol 2000:
mmswiki.is/index.php?title=Protocol_2000

Also consider the following article,
29 reasons why MMS is not restoring your health (06-16-2013):

You might also want to look into incling your bed (Inclined Bed Therapy) to improve body circulation. Many reports have come in from people with MS in particular, reporting fantastic results after using IBT, which basically just means sleeping on a bed that's raised 6 inches (15cm) at the head-end, to a 5 degree angle.

Raising your bed by 6 inches (15cm) to a 5 degree angle at the head-end, is easy to do.

I want to ad my bit. Early in the journey of MMS (2008) a woman with MS wrote a testimonial about how the MMS helped her against her stiffness. She also wrote that she only took a liitle at the time but all day long, although the protocols in those days recommended 3x daily big amounts of drops. Her input was very imporatnt and helps all of us today.

Slowly but surely.

Wishing you well.

Hi, CzechMate. It sounds like you're doing it right.
Know that MMS will react with metals to make soluble salts which can then be eliminated - even mercury.
It doesn't happen overnight, so never give up - at the very least do the maintenance doses forevermore!
