Hello! I have recently discovered MMS and registered to this board. I hope this is the correct place to post an introduction. I am a registered nurse in Spokane, WA, USA and am excited to be going to a friend's house in a short while to help him with a "cold".

All the best to everybody!!

Manfred

 I'm new here, too. Very interested in alternative healthcare. My husband is a chiropractor here in Anchorage and my adult daughter is a Type 1 diabetic living in Houston, TX. I am always looking for things that will help people I love. I don't have any pressing health issues myself (thank goodness) but know many who do. I am very interested in learning more about MMS and its applications and proper usage. Great site.

Thanks! You might look into Jim Humble's book - The Master Mineral of the Third Millennium - jhbooks.org/ You can get the first 50 pages for free, if you would prefer.

Hi Forum
I am a 47 year old woman from Denmark, i joined 16 of may.
I have isusses with my pancreas and all my organs need a spring clean.
I have some questions about the intake of mms, I have allready started reading and do really appreciate all the helpfull informations :)
I have asked some questions i another thread, I hope someone can help.
Can I consume all the antioxidants everyday after taking mms? Or should I wait till the protocol is over?
I dont know for how long I will be on mms and there is also the maintenance... really do need antioxidants, I have read many posts already here, but how can I level the mms and antioxidants in a good balance.
Thank you

The way to level them in good balance, IMHO, is to determine what the half-life of the antioxidant is (if you're taking it in supplement form) and determine then if the antioxidant killing the MMS is what your ultimate goal is. Or to get LaMotte's high test Chlorine Dioxide testing strips and test at the time the dose is made, then 10 minutes later, then an hour later. MMS lasts about 1.5 to 2 hrs in the body.

Jim Humble has stated that some antioxidants in food are fine to take during the dosing period (I'm betting the fiber in the foods helps mitigate the affect, but don't know for sure) - except for ascorbic acid, which seems to be a real MMS inactivator - I can also tell you that cannabis oil seems to kill the MMS almost completely - having tested that for someone. (Yes, I live in a legal state) If you want to supplement antioxidants, I would suggest 2 hrs after your last dose for the day - that way you will have 10 or 12 hours before you start dosing again. Give plenty of time for the antioxidants to work.
