I live in a cabin off the grid in the Colorado Rockies, with my husband, three dogs, cat, 25 goats outside, a bunch of ducks and chickens, and assorted other people around the place. It would be an ideal life if it weren't for constant, unremitting pain. I used MMS until I ran out of it, then bought some crystals and citric acid, but haven't made more MMS yet. I've been learning a tremendous amount about inflammation and diet, and have started what I hope is a climb out of the hole. I'd like to learn how to make the MMS out of the crystals and citric acid, and then the newsletter coming in this morning talked about something to do with the MMS after it's made, about diluting it and calling it something else - will have to go read it again.

Anyway, I'm here, hope to learn, hope to get better, hope to help others get better.

You can learn about making MMS1 from crystals/flakes/powder by reading a PDF file and watching a short video slideshow at mmsinfo.org/

Both have the same title: "MMS1 - How to Make it"

The PDF file is listed under 'INFO Sheets' and the video under 'Video & MP3 Audio'

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
