Hello members,
My name is Michael and I am in my mid fifties. I was a passenger in a car accident in 1990. I was walking at the scene of the accident but became paralyzed at T-4 after getting up on an ambulance gurney when they were wheeling me to the ambulance. I just remember a tingling sensation going through my body then no movement or feeling after that from the chest down. I had other injuries that were worse than I thought and I almost died. I've had some dark times when I wished I did die. I have tried anything I could find to help heal me in any way. I would be happy with any healing no matter how small. Life is very frustrating. I am now divorced because my wife could not live with me as I was anymore and started having affairs. I also have two beautiful daughters aged 22 and 24. I had a bad jaw injury where both T-M joints were shattered. I also had to have my esophagus removed because the surgeon was afraid it had gone necrotic. This has caused massive acid re-flux and damaged my teeth and gums. The acid has also cause scarring to my lungs when I had bad attacks at night. The acid would jump from my stomach (that was moved up into my chest) and straight into my lungs while laying down. This caused major distress to my breathing. I had to stay up and try and cough out the stomach acid which is very hard to do when you don't have the stomach muscles to help cough. Basically you can't cough without the use of those muscles.

I am hoping I can get the MMS to help heal me in more ways than one. If anyone has any of my injuries and can give me any advice I would be very happy to hear from you. I have not read of anyone with a spinal cord injury (SCI) on this site but my teeth are falling apart from the acid so someone may have oral care issues. I also have the scarring problems on my jaw which limits my mouth opening and would like to see if I can get any help with that. Thank you for reading this and I look forward to hear from any member here even to just say hello.
