Your English is excellent. I can imagine that it takes much energy to type your posts in a foreign language. Good for you for making the effort. You’re just 27 and already you have so much wisdom to know that the medical systems do not always support health and healing. However, I agree with “Truthquester-Scott” that it is helpful to let it go as much as possible.
I know this probably seems like an impossible task. After all, most people cannot let go of their need to be right and get revenge. Too many people choose to stay stuck in those painful programs - But this never leads to peace of mind. We’re all learning how to let go of our pain and mental distress. It’s just as important as finding the right treatment for the physical body.
You have a great opportunity here. Use your great wisdom, insight and experiences to teach yourself how to let it go. You’re only 27. Imagine if you learn how to let go of your mental anguish now how much better the rest of your life will be - whatever comes your way! You cannot afford to be angry and upset. Stress intensifies your illnesses.
BUT!! It is extremely difficult to change perceptions and strong emotions using the conscious mind alone. I suggest you look into meridian tapping. It’s one of the more simple ways to deal with stress on your own. There are many styles of tapping. I explain at least one of them on my website
www.TappingGuidance.com. (my website is in need of updating, but there is some useful information and links there. It’s a good place to start.) There are many places online that can teach you how to do various styles of meridian tapping. Don’t’ allow yourself to be confused. Keep it simple.
It would be helpful for you to check out the cool video on my “Tapping 4 Kids” page. It features a teacher in Mexico creatively using the tapping with his kids in the classroom. It really demonstrates how simple meridian tapping can be to use. There are English subtitles, so you’ll probably have no problem understanding it.
In closing here, referring to “Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay, I looked up some of the health conditions you mentioned in your posts. I included them here. If any of these phrases resonate with you, read it to yourself as you tap. Just tap the points and say any of the words that trigger your stress. In other words, if any of the phrases feel true, match what you believe, take some time to tap while saying the negative phrase. Allow yourself to feel the emotions, and then keep tapping while you say the positive affirmation until that also feels true. You’ll probably start to notice yourself relaxing a bit. The tapping is a great way to LET GO of what’s troubling you. You cannot get it wrong. Feel what you feel - The Frustration. Fear. Anger & Rage! Loneliness, Betrayals…, Accept ALL that you feel, and reach toward accepting yourself anyway!
HEADACHES: Invalidating the self. Self-criticism. Fear. “I love and approve of myself. I see what I do with eyes of love. I am safe.”
SINUS PROBLEMS: Irritation to one person. Someone close. “I declare peace and harmony dwell within me and surround me at all times. All is well.”
ACNE: Not accepting the self. Dislike of the self. “I am a Divine expression of life. I love and accept myself where I am right now.”
