I am very new to MMS, I have just ordered the first 1:1 pack and after seeing the Andreas Kalcker, Teresa Forcades and Josep Pàmies videos, I have decided to give MMS a try. I have numerous health issues and will be asking for more specific recommendations. I have seen mention of people referring to one's weight, medication, etc. I will give details but need to know which topic to enter???

Best,
Seán.

Gosh! You are on a lot of medications. If it were me, I'd start very low and slow - You're going to have a lot of issues to clean out and you don't want to cause a herx reaction. Give yourself plenty of time - protocol 1000 is 3 weeks, but I'm thinking this is going to be much longer than that.

Michael has a "baby bottle" protocol for starting low and slow -

This would be a good place to start!

I'll let you know how things progress once I've started. Thank you for the recommendation as well. How long to you anticipate I might need? I am strapped for cash, so I would want to keep it to a minimum. One goal of taking MMS is to, hopefully reduce my medication. Especially the amitriptylin but it has helped greatly with pain...

I can't guess at how long it might take - but the good thing about MMS is that it is by far the least expensive option out there.

I am up to 17 drops still on the baby bottle protocol. I have been feeling a bit of sinusitis coming on for the past few days time. I am really feeling it today. I am brain dead and achy today as well.
