Well, today is day 53 on the protocol by John d. It seems the outbreaks are slowly fading away, but not quite gone yet...not as bad as they have been for the rest of protocol though. i had to go out of town the other day, so wasn't able to start potocol early in the day like i always do..but i continued as soon as i made it back later that day. i had a few real bad ob's along the way, but havent had full blown ob since my menstrual cycle.
So, I'm praying that i don't see anymore ob's like that, and the rest of it fades away completley very soon!! we shall see. It's a slow process, but i'm seeing improvements. I'm also rubbing mms/dmso mixed with some distilled water on other areas of my body where i have ob's...such as my inner thighs. I am so ready to wake up one day soon, and not see anymore bumps...I'm also doing 2-3 daily mms/dmso douches, and 2-3 enema's...sigh...until then, i'll stay strong, and keep doing what i'm doing.

I think you should do the bath protocol as well. You could also do the Humidifer/Mister Protocol too. Start low and build up. Check www.jimhumble.biz Protocols down the right hand side menus or look in Jims latest book
