Hi Everyone,

I posted this before, saw a lot of views, but no answers unlike my other questions. Everyoneo is very kind with all the help. I thougth I would post again and see if anyone knew any of the questions below? Especially the first one in bold. :)

I wanted to know if matters much how much Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH)
was in the tech grade sodium chlorite?

Most of the Tech grade Sodium Chlorite sold out there has atleast a small amount of the sodium hydroxide that I was asking about above.

For instance does it hurt you. If one company says it virtually has no sodium hydroxide in it (.07%) and another comany sell sodium chlorite but has about .4% or .7%sodium hydroxide in it will this make a difference in your health or is this just one company trying to say they are better for no reason and trying to sell there product for a much higher price?

2) I am going to the USA in December in 38 days and I will be ableto purchase and bring back to Bolivia where I currently live. But in the mean time I could probably find it here in Boliiva, but if if it was not tech grade or had sodium chlorate, higher amounts of sodium hydroxide or other heavy metals couldit do more damage than help?

Should I just wait, if there is no emergency?

Thankyou,
James Holcomb

long ph. call
well what did you come up with ?

I have the same questions ,,is Technical grade better than Food Grade?
From what I have found F.G. comes with a Certificate Of Analysis with 77.5% too 81% pure Sodium Chlorite.

I have asked about Technical grade Cert.of Analysis it is not supplied or unavailable.

For me I would prefer the Food Grade.

Who else has a answer ?
