Hi everyone! I was taking the MMS baths which worked wonders from that unexplained rash I had and I also continue to use a spray bottle on my skin as well. I still have to order and try the DMSO you recommend in conjunction with this. Also continuing a daily MMS foot soak for my nails.

I started taking MMS orally on just this past Wed and only did one drop like Jim suggests and it seemed just fine so I upped to 2 drops which also was fine. The next hour at 3 drops I did develop a nasty headache so I dropped back down to the 2 drops. I remained at 2 drops all day yesterday and did 5 hours each hour.

Today I did two drops on the hour for 3 consecutive hours but then tried to see if I could up to the 3 drop without the headache and it was just fine this time so I took 3 drops each hour for 3 total consecutive hours and then stopped my last dose as I had to attend a meeting and thought 6 hours consecutive would be okay for today since I'm still very new at this. Everything has been very good I even feel like I have a little more energy but I noticed a few minutes ago some itching under and around my armpits and a little on my legs. My armpit area was getting very itchy so I decided I would spray some activated MMS and when I took off my shirt I saw a HUGE  red rash and raised bumps that looked terrible!!!

Please tell me this is okay and just perhaps a detox of some sort? I read online one person mentioning something similar and said they were told it was yeast detox...? I found it interesting that the MMS baths have about 97% cleared up the unexplained itching that I primarily had on my legs/inner and outer thighs but I wasnt sure if this is the rash moving around or a reaction to the MMS.
I'm going to continue the MMS and just the 3 drops since no headaches or other issues and I'm hoping to hold there just wondering if I"m detoxing too much at once?

I did read that some people take probiotics while on MMS but can the MMS cause such a huge die off of parasites etc that I'm flooding my body with too much and need other products to support my organs such as colonics ?? Unfortunately I cannot afford colonics but I want to double check I'm doing the right thing and not stirring up toxins that I cannot release properly. I'm drinking plenty of water and fresh juice from my juicer and trying to keep my diet in check.

Thank you everyone for helping us newbies. :)

The skin is the largest organ, and yes, it's possible this could be a detox reaction.

If it were me, I'd get some aztec clay (also called bentonite or Green Montmorillonite) from a health food store. It's used primarily in treating funguses, but it should be soothing for the rash. You can always drop back a bit on your oral dose.

Thank you Pam! I'm looking for the Aztec Clay today and also the DMSO mentioned in another post. I really appreciate learning everything I can from all of you and I know the time you all spend trying to respond to all of the questions. Thank you Thank you!!

I do have one more question that I have tried to research on my own but still find conflicting information and that is what to eat while on the MMS protocol. One person will say no antioxidants until 2 hours AFTER your very last dose for the DAY. Another man on the forum (forget whom) states NO, not true at all you can eat fruits/veggies etc as long as it's approx. 1/2 hour after your dose but no ADDED vitamin C. IF all fruits and veggies contain antioxidants than I'm not sure what I can eat.

I think I'm so concerned about the food issue I'm losing weight not eating for fear of eating something that I"m not supposed to since I heard quinoa was bad also especially for Candida.

Because my primary diet is typically green smoothies (leafy greens ) some fruit or pink smoothies (carrot, strawberries, coconut water, beets) OR juicing fruits and veggies or nuts, seeds, quinoa and clean water I'm feeling like I have nothing I can eat until maybe 8-10 hour after finishing my protocol. If I'm doing 3 drops MMS each hour for 8 hours and then must wait 2 hours I'm at 10 hours before I'm feeling like I can eat something healthy and possibly take some supplements.

Is there an easier breakdown somewhere of what exactly people are eating? I saw someone mentioned Raw eggs and goat milk but I'm going by my typical daily diet that is pretty full of fruits/veggies. I do not want to stop in the middle of my protocol but I think I'm making this much harder with the "food part" since I'm reading so many conflicting pieces of information on this matter.

Thank you for helping shed more light on this topic. I'm not eating processed boxed items and I did give up coffee and rarely eat any meat.

Jim Humble has stated publicly that food-based antioxidents do not interfere with MMS. That may have changed recently and Amanda Mary can let us know as she has attended a more recent MOH training than mine.

However, he does feel that it is important that you get protein as a supplement for your immune system. If you go back through his newsletters, you will find that he recommends a diet that includes meat and eggs (and gives you the research to back it up) -

I'm thinking that if you're EATING veges and fruits, it's probably OK. Juicing might be a different matter since it concentrates the antioxidents, and frequently the sugars.

Thanks again Pam! I've been doing so much reading but just when I think I have it understood I see a couple posts that state otherwise so I learn by asking and asking. Lol. I will keep up my reading and thank you for the newsletter link. Again, I truely appreciate all the time you wonderful people spend helping others.

Your all a blessing!
