I just got the mms yesterday and I did 6 drops of mms and 6 drops of the citric and I did about ten deep inhales and withing minute I cud breath more clear then I had in years because of allergies. I also drank a half glass of activated 4 drops. Then about 30 minute later I began to hurt in my chest with a stinging feeling. So I started coughing real hard and it hurt in my lungs when I coughed and I had shortness of breath I never had before. I think I burned my lungs! I began to feel my lungs fill up with what felt like fluid and I began to cough up slim. I slept up right in the chair because I was scared to lay down with all the mucus.

I was up most last night but today the burning is gone. Yet I have still coughed up mucus for the last 24 hours now and I felt very stiff in my neck and shoulders when I woke up and very nauseous. Its was like I had a bad head cold. The nausea went away after breakfast. I began to feel better after lunch, but I still cough and my lungs feels heavy.

I think what happen was I breathed deep and did it to many times with a too great of dose and I think it in fact burned my lungs. I also believe the mms killed the germs in my nose and unstopped it , but when I woke up it was like a really stopped up again even more then before. I think the slim in my lungs is from dead bacteria and I think I felt sick because I was detoxifying inside.

At 3pm today I drank the pro. 1000 and did only 3 drops of active mms and inhaled very slow short breaths only 3 time and then a normal breath and then 3 short mms breaths again and holding it in my nasal. It unstopped my nose again but I felt a slight tingle in my throat but not pain. I think it killed germs in my throat!

I repeated both at 6pm. It is now 7pm now the and I feel great, but I continue to cough and my lungs still feel heavy.
I hope im not getting sick from bronchitis or nothing. I thing it is just my body getting rid of the dead germs in my lungs. I sure hope that is what it is. I will continue the 2 doses 3 times a day for a bit to see if I get better or worse.

I think you are correct when you say that dead bugs are the issue here.
As you sound like you have a pretty good infection stay close to a toilet....

jaspbr,

From all I've read, one is supposed to just take shallow inhales, enuf to get into the sinus cavity and not enuf to do a deep inhale.

I don't know how to counter what you did, hopefully someone here will know.

I'd get some canned oxygen and use that....but that's all I could think of if it were me.

best wishes,

kw
I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

youtube- daniels, why turpentine is good for your health most excellent info with instructions and warnings for proper preparation prior to using turp should you choose to do so.
diamond g in georgia was the best turp I found.

Hi jaspbr,

10 deep inhales with the chlorine dioxide gas from 6 activated drops of MMS is way over the top, beyond anything that Jim Humble recommends. It's possible that you have burned your lungs to some extent, as I once did during my Minister of Health training using just 2 activated drops. It will be OK within a couple of days, but you need to go slower.

From Jim's Master Mineral of the Third Millenium:

Inhaling -- Caveat: (!) Follow these instructions! Your lungs have no pain nerves and you can damage them without feeling it. Inhaling chlorine dioxide fumes must be done very cautiously. Never, never use more than 2 activated drops for inhaling.
Step #1: Put 2 drops of MMS in a cup, add the activator and cover the cup.
Step #2: Wait 20 seconds for the 50% citric acid or 3 minutes for the 10% citric, then remove the lid and lift the cup to your nose.
Step #3: Take one breath through your nose. The minute you feel it bite, stop your breath.
Step #4: Take one breath through your mouth. Take no more than one breath at first. You should cough. It is what you need to do. Then you should cough the next rooming. You need to get the stuff out of your lungs and coughing does that. Typically, not a lot of coughing is needed.

Treating your lungs directly has the advantage that the MMS getting to your lungs is a hundred times stronger than what you would get from drinking it, then letting it go to your stomach, get into your blood and finally work its way to your lungs through the circulatory system. It will finally get to the lungs but the healing will be slower.

You will quickly learn to use a few breaths two or three times a day, but only very slowly. I can't emphasize enough that you must go slowly, working up to several breaths in the morning and in the evening. Gradually, your lungs will begin to heal. Keep in mind that this technique is using chlorine dioxide at just about 100% strength. The fumes coming off the bottom of that cup are 100% chlorine dioxide, but they do mix with a small amount of air on the way up.

Two Cautionary Tales
Tale #1: I once told a person over the phone how to do this. He was very sure that he needed to go faster. So he used 4 drops instead of 2, but what he really did wrong was continue to breathe the fumes for almost half an hour. It felt good, he said. Four hours later that afternoon, he was gasping for breath. He could hardly force air into his lungs because he had burned them. He was afraid that he had permanently harmed them. I told him that he would be alright but that it would take several days to recover and that is what happened. It was a bad experience. He really thought he was going to die. Don't you have the same experience! Go slowly! You can indeed harm your lungs.
Tale #2: Just the other day one of the Ministers here was making a six-drop dose to take. After putting the 6 drops in a coffee cup and adding 6 drops of citric acid, before adding the water, he dropped his pen. He was sitting in a chair and without thinking,he bent over between his legs to pick up the pen. As he reached for it, he was holding the coffee cup in his other hand and his nose went into the cup as he picked up the pen. He was just drawing a breath. It hit him hard.
He coughed very hard for several minutes and then he seemed to be OK. But 4 hours later he was wheezing and he could hardly get a breath. It scared him. He had a hard time that evening, but by the next day he was OK. I tell you this to emphasize that if you use this technique, go slowly. (c) Jim Humble
