Something strange but wonderful has happened.
i have had the worst brain fog for a long time. Years. Years,and it just kept getting worse.
and have not found anything that helps.
i have stopped suger, taken brain supplements, and Fish oil, checked for heavy metals,
changed my diet, stopped eating gluten, and a bunch of other attempts at improving.f
It is sort of a headache that doesnt hurt, just makes it hard to think, do anything,
it just feels like my brain is shutting down.
i dont know why, possibilites are Ammonia toxicity, auto-immune, electrolyte imbalance, and so much more.

I am just getting started with MMS, most i have done was a 2 or 3 drops, but the other day i mixed up 13 drops and then activated them, and mixed with dmso, and spread it on my legs to kill any bacteria lurking under the skin. the next day i noticed my brain had cleared considerably. i spent the rest of the day in disbelief, not quite sure what could have given cleared my brain. i suspected it was something. but i have been taking multiple supps, protocols, etc... but after thinking about it, i did start to suspect that it was the MMS, but since i burned my legs, i wasnt too eager to try the dmso treatment again.

but today, after suffering the brain fog all day yesterday and thru this morning, I mixed up about 10 drops and activated with lemon juice, and it about 10 minutes i was flying around, organizing papers, doing things that just prior i didnt have the mental focus or concentration to do, and it lasted for probably 4-5 hours, where the decrease in bf was really palpable.

how on earth does it do that ? could it bind to ammonia and remove the ammonia ? or somehow provide more oxygen, but i have not seen that i have low oxygen,

Incredible, I have a brainfog too, already a long time and like you, tried many protocols, supplemets and diets, no succes so far.
I'm on MMS now for some time but with around 6 drops maintenance and I will try your approach imediately.

I will be back with the results in a couple of days.

You might want to try it with diluting the DMSO, lightfoot - say 70%, maybe even 50% - find the right DMSO dose for you (Usually it's the DMSO that burns) - This is great, though - I'm very happy for you!

Thanks for the great information. Am I understanding correctly, the second time, you activated the MMS and took it internally without the DMSO or was it applied to your legs?

Yes, the second time i took it internally.

I didnt notice it change tbe brain fog until i took the larger dose. In my case, brain fog seems to be related to eating sugar somehow,, if i indulge in alot of sweets, i get BF in the next 2-3 days,, and i only eat sugar laden pastrys on rare occasions now. i guess brain fog has several causes. i have yet to feel confident that i know what the cause is in my case.

I was reading a research article recently that posited that alzheimers might be a 3rd form of diabetes.

Reversable, fortunately. When I think of my dad (who died May, 2010) and how he suffered with what he called "alzheimers on one side (of his brain) and dementia on the other" (he was a former mensa member) - and the constant candy that he ate - (although, he drank a lot until age 50, so it also could have been alcohol caused - nothing like 20 years of happy hour at the officer's club) - it was so sad.

Thank you for the extra info and yes sugar has been on my "suspect"list for some time but I've a hard time not eating it but I"ll stop now and start the high dose MMS this evening.
