CAN ANYODY TELL ME WHEN I PUT THE CDS IN MY WATER BOTTLE, DO I ADD THE DMSO RIGHT AFTER AS WELL....OR DO I MIX THE CDS WITH THE DMSO, THEM MIX IT IN 2GETHER??? HELP PLEASE...

You mix the DMSO with each drink of CDS.... NOT in with the water bottle.

im confused....how do i mix it with cds if im not mixing it in water? i put the cds in water bottle, then i put 3-6 drops of dmso if right after and its all mixed together..is this right?

LJO,

You will have to pour your hourly amount of CDS into a cup/glass and only then you add the DMSO. Don't put DMSO inside the whole day's supply of CDS.
Only in what you are going to drink right away.

That is correct LJ ..I was told to mix my DMSO in my HOURLY dose of CDS. So if you are drinking 6oz of CDS for that hour you add however many drops of DMSO to THAT dose you take every hour. :) I was confused also but I guess the cobwebs keep surfacing lol

And, if you find that you prefer, you can take your DMSO after your CDS in a separate dose - Just not in the daily dose, because as an antioxident, it will affect the CDS if allowed to sit in it for several hours.
