Hi everyone
I have been doing the protocol 1000 for 17 days now. I began slowly with 8 drops a day (one every hour for eight hours), I am now up to about 20 drops a day, split into 8/10 doses. I have been feeling nauseous, with scanty diarreha, for the past 4 days. A few days ago I dropped down to 10 drops over the course of the day. I felt better, then took it back up to 16 drops over the day nausea again...low grade...and absolutely no energy.
Feeling a bit discouraged, but I still have faith in the process. I am also getting really sick of the smell/taste of the mms! Anyone who has done the MMS in the capsules I would love to hear how that works for you.

Any tips or suggestions for getting through this part would be greatly appreciated.
I am taking the mms for overhealth improvement, primarily for fibromyalgia and digestive challenges (no gall bladder, constipation, indigestion)

I just ordered DMSO today so will integrate that into my treatment in 10 days.

insite Offline Senior Member Posts: 61 Thank you received: 13	I found taking mms in capaules made me completely ill with diareah and horrible stomach cramps, I think it was the concentratedness of it going straight into my stomach.
