WELL....IM ON DAY 8 OF JOHN'S HSV PROTOCOL, AND I'M STILL HAVING A LITTLE TROUBLE NOT FEELING THE SICKNESS AFTER TAKING THE MMS2 PRO. YESTERDAY, I TOOK THE DOSE OF MMS2, THEN ABOUT 7 MINUTES LATER, I BURPED, AND FELT THE MMS2 COMING UP, AND FAST!! I RAN TO TOILET, AND THREW UP IT ALL UP...IT WAS HORRIBLE! I COULD BARLEY CATCH MY BREATH WHILE VOMITING. IT KINDA FRIGHTENED ME. BUT ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES LATER, I WAS GOOD. I CONTINUED TO TAKE MY REGULAR DOSES AS USUAL. NOT SURE WHAT MADE ME SICK, BUT I'M TRYING TO EAT A LIITLE MORE BEFORE TAKING IT. SO, IM STILL DETERMINED TO CONTINUE THIS PROTOCOL UNTIL I'M WELL. 1 WEEK DOWN....5 MORE TO GO!! LET'S GET IT!!!

With MMS2, you have to do water before and water after. You should also not exceed JH's recommendation of 1/2 a size 0 capsule.

I TAKE THE MMS2 PRO. I STILL HAVE TO OPEN CAPSULES AND ONLY TAKE HALF? BECAUSE THE INSTRUCTIONS TELL ME TO TAKE THE WHOLE CAPSULE.....CONFUSED.

You know, I can't say, because the MMS Pro is JohnD's capsule, not JH's. I have not the faintest idea what size the capsule is. I can only give you Jim Humble's recommendations.

The Pro78 is already a half capsule. It is size 3. ....Jim humble tells people to now take a half capsule of the size 0. However when starting to take MMS2 it is always good to take a 1/4 capsule 3 or 4 times a day and work up to a half capsule or a full size Pro78.

So in your case taking the Pro78....one could start taking a 1/2 capsule for a day or two and work up to a full capsule which in reality is a half capsule.

Also MMS2 is always better after meals or after snacks. MMS2 in my opinion should never be taken on an empty stomach like MMS1 or CDS. Also Meat would be the best meals or snacks to take in my opinion as well.

A full glass of water has to be taken with MMS2 as well. So make sure you eat something and drink it least 6-8oz of water. If any stomach issues occur have a small snack like a piece of bread or even a chicken breast.

Taking MMS2 on an empty stomach especially when New to MMS2 will cause stomach issues especially in women and children. So have a snack and plenty of water with MMS2 and you'll be fine.

Also any protocols whatever it may be, must start off slow and never at full doses. This applies to MMS2, MMS, and even CDS for some.

Hope all goes well, slow down and work up to regular full doses. When full doses are fine with no issues then work on more doses per day but never go with stronger doses in my opinion.

Sorry to hear you got sick L.J.O. Lower the dosage until your able to increase it again so you don't end up vomiting again.The burps I HIGHYLY UNDERSTAND MY FRIEND I had the same thing happen to me yesterday when I started taking the MMS2 THE BURPS WERE ATROCHOUS AND I MEAN NON STOP PRACTICALLY AND I STILL FELT LIKE I DIDNT GET EVERYTHING OUT.But after watching Andreas Kalcker last night on you tube explaing about the GREATEST EPIDEMIC IN THIS WORLD PARASITES that these critters cause excessive burping,bloated stomach after yolu eat something,terrible skin rashes and a host of other symptoms worser then Candida!I honestly believe like Andreas does that 98% of the population are infected with parasites causing severe mental problems in some people autism,diabetes,asthma,digestive disturbances,cancer and probably along with Candida and heavy metal toxicity ARE THE REAL CAUSES OF ALMOST ALL DISEASES THAT EXIST!

And do you know why these parasites cause such devastation every time they shit that goes directly to your brain causing all sorts of symptoms for instance there are some parasites that there shit contains a chemical that works in your brain as if you took a massive amount of speed (amphetamines)that is why we have such uncontrolable young kids in this world all excited and wired out all the time and the parents not knowing what the cause is takes that child to the doctor and what do they all do prescribe chemicals like Ritalin made in a labratory that never will work or cure any illness or diseases just clog your colon make you more toxic and feed the parasites like all drugs sadly to say!

that's exciting to hear....the medical world(some of them) are full of shit!!! exuse my language, but that's just how i feel. anyways, i just saw ur respnd to me getting sick from the mms2. i also replied on another topic trying to give u advice as well...lol. well, i tried at least. we can help each other along the way though...thanks alot!!! oh yeah...i'd like to see that link about what u were just speaking of if u dnt mind....

does the mms and cds kill all parasites in the end though? i really like the bob beck protcol for killing off any pathogens/virus/parasites. electric shocks can not be tolerated by those nasty critters.
