Cap it and take a capsule 4 times a day with 2 hours separating each capsule, but go slow. Don't take the size 0, it is too much to start with, ask them for the smallest capsule. I took size 2, much smaller than 0, although I had to start by taking only 1/4 of this capsule and then I increased slowly over a week's time.
I was never able to take more than 3 capsules a day. Very powerful stuff for life threatening illnesses. Mine was severe asthma, which is now under control after taking MMS1 and MMS2 for almost 2 months.
Recently I switched to CDS.
