Hi all I would like to know what strength to mix MMS to make a sinus flush as I have put up with it for 3 months and not getting any better. I haven't been able to get on the forum for some time.
Thank you in advance.

From Jim Humble's quick reference chapter in his latest book (available on Amazon or online from www.jimhumble.biz)

• Nose and sinus problem – Make a 6-drop dose in half
a glass of water. Lie down and put 6 drops in each nostril
every few hours until well. Or use a quart of water with 32
drops of activated MMS in it. Rest your head down in the sink
sideways and with a hot water bottle, use the hose to drain
the water into the upper nostril and allow it to flow out of the
lower nostril. Then turn your head over and do the same with
the other side.

• Sinus congestion -- Four drops in half a glass of water. Lie
on your back and put several drops in each nostril; or drain
several glasses to a quart through one nostril and out the
other 4 or 5 times daily until the sinus congestion is gone.

"half a glass" is usually 4 oz. When I use my neti pot, I have 1 cup at a time, so I use 1 drop activated per cup, sometimes 2. I also add a little salt so that the water doesn't sting so much.

I don't understand why do you suggest MMS.
Mucous membrane of nose and also eyes are highly sensitive.
I use CDS for nose and eyes, that there is without acid.
Acid very irritates mucous membrane.

I guess you will have to talk to Jim Humble about this, Merklova, since this is his recommendation.

Nothing against MMS but you may want to consider using food grade hydrogen peroxide.
It has lots of uses, from softening skin to food preparation/retard spoilage at diluted amounts
and more and more. I support freedom of choice to use whatever we choose to give us the relief we need!

Be it MMS or whatever!

dilute to 1.5% with distilled water with a dash of baking soda, sprayed up each nostril

[ I would NOT use medicine cabinet grade peroxide in the delicate mucos membranes
as they contain microscopic particles of metals ]

call around to various health food stores for a pint of food grade peroxide and dilute it properly
with distilled water just what you need, then keep the rest in fridge or freezer and where no children can get to it!
full strength HP will burn you, so do not be foolish or careless with it just laying around!

see how you respond to three times in a day
I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

diamond g in georgia was the best turp I found.

Food grade hydrogen peroxide has a higher oxidization potential than MMS. Just saying.

It was just a suggestion

He may like the option!

It's all about the options for me!

And remember, the reco was not for full strength food grade up the sinuses, but diluted 1.5%

someone on this forum suggested the replacement of MMS with CDS for mucous membranes back already some months.
You suggest MMS here still.
I am not a expert, but I am clear that CDS is more appropriate.

MERKLOVA,

If you are speaking to me, I did not reco MMS! I only referenced it as it was the topic!

I reco'd possibly trying a dilute FGHP, and I agree that CDS appears to be more appropriate of the two
between MMS and CDS.
