Hi,

I found out about MMS on 10 September 2010, which is a Friday.
The next two days took my time to pour over the material with great interest and intensity.

On 12 Sept 2010, I purchased part two of the MMS book at the time and also purchased 1 pound of sodium chlorite technical grade.

On Wednesday 15 Sept 2010, my sodium chlorite arrived and I went to a friend's who has a digital scale and weighed 100 gram bags.
Then I went home and made my MMS and took my first dose of two drops.

I do not and did not have any serious illness.

I continued to take two drops for a couple of days and then moved to three drops.

By Saturday, 18 Sept 2010, there was a festival in the city with a live band, which I attended with my wife and her family.

Now, since about 2004 I had knee pain, which kept me from dancing more than a few minutes.
I don't know if it was arthritis, but it sure sounded like arthritis to me. I never had it diagnosed.

Well, on Saturday, I must have danced 10 dances straight!
It was a great feeling, thinking that MMS is great too, since I had read about the possible success I could have with arthritis and feeling that MMS was responsible.

So I kept using MMS and increasing the drops for weeks.
At the time, I had been taking 20mg of Nexium for acid reflux management every day or two and I started wondering if the MMS was going to help with that too.
After about 6 weeks, I was good with that too, and since that time, I have not taken one Nexium again.
This is a money savings for me certainly too.

Now, once in a while. Maybe once a month or so, if I overeat, I may get a bit of irritation and all I need at that time is one single Tums, but time will tell if that gets better too.
What I mean is that since my knee pain is gone, and now that the winter is over (yes I live in the snow belt), now that I am healthier, I am more able to exercise without pain or injury, so the future exercise is likely to help with my metabolism and I am hoping for even greater health at that time.

I moved past the point of the softened bowel movement (and at times, diarrhea) to the point that my bowels are firm now.
I now mix up about 1/4 teaspoon MMS in a 750 ml drinking bottle with 1/2 full of some juice and 1/2 full of water.
I find that using a plastic 1/4 teaspoon to measure, I am more sure about getting equal portions of the MMS to citric acid. (tip)
I take that to work with me 5 days a week.
I find a drink of that gives me energy and after about 6 months of that, I have noticed that my muscles have just that extra little bit of strength that I used to notice when I was much younger. I really like that! I don't exercise either, but do a bit of yard work in the warmer weather on weekends. My endurance and stamina are better too.

MMS is wonderful!

Anyway, I also introduced MMS to my Mom, who also finds it remarkable in helping her. She doesn't ever want to be without MMS either.

By the way, 99% of the people I mention MMS to do not want to know about it, including other family members.
I have a brother in law with an acute leukemia and his wife, my sister is a nurse. They won't listen to me, so I just say to myself that I tried...
It seems like a wasted effort going beyond simply telling people about MMS.

I have tried giving people bottles off MMS and citric acid, but often they say they didn't notice anything and they stop and I hear about it after a great deal of time and only after I ask about it.
So, now I don't give it out that easily and I long ago stopped trying hard, because I started to sound pushy and I didn't want to be like that.

So, yesterday, I tried MMS2 in the size 0 gelcaps and I want to also introduce that to my Mom, but I think that the size 0 gelcap will be way too large for her to swallow, since she can't swallow things that big.

Can someone please give me a suggestion for a smaller size empty gelcap to order?
I would like to have a very small size for her.
She is not ill, but she has had this wheezing for years now and I feel that maybe MMS2 will help her.

Thank you in advance,
Joe

Hi Joe, we have been using #3 gelcaps, and they're a lot easier to take than #0 - a little less than 1/2 the volume, and, I think, an adequate dose of MMS2 for most people. They're easily available on the internet, you probably won't find them on the shelf in natural food or vitamin stores except in larger cities. You may find them at a pharmacy.

I would be interested in finding out where you found the sodium chlorite and about how much it cost.
Thanks.

Hi Mick,

I purchased one pound of sodium chlorite on ebay for $7 with $12 shipping, so the total was $19 delivered.

I think next time I may purchase a bit more, like 5 or 10 pounds.

Thanks for the info about ebay also Joe!

Just so every one knows, the topic on this thread is about MMS2, which is CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE pool shock that you get at pool supply stores. Here are some links for do it yourself MMS2:

www.lesliespool.com/browse/Home/Pool-Chemicals/Pool-Shock/Power-Powder-Weekly-Shock/D/30100/P/1:100:1000:100010/I/14620. Leslies pool supply is a national chain in the US, get their product in the link. It is 73% calcium hypochlorite; this is what I use. About $5 for 1 lb.
The highest concentration of cal hypo in a pool shock that we've seen in the US is 78%. Google "POOLIFE Turbo Shock" and you'll find distributors.
www.hydropool.com/cgi-bin/hydro/item/HTH-POOLIFE-TurboShock-78-1-lb-bag-Pool-Chlorine/22405.html One place to get 78% pool shock.
