insite Topic Author Offline Senior Member Posts: 61 Thank you received: 13	Hi I go to bed with a flask of hot distilled water for the morning, and have been waking up pouring my dose of mms and using my hot water to dilute it , and adding some stevia for taste , this morning while doing this I noticed the steam rising from the MMs water mixture and wondered if I might be loosing the strength of the MMS this way ?

Not exactly sure how you're making it - Using equal # drops MMS and CA, giving it 20 seconds and then adding water, right?

( Plus adding one drop of DMSO to final drink) I'm thinking of experimenting with the CDS is that an equivalent way of taking the MMS that I could use on the 1000 + protocol that I'm doing now? A friend of mine, Collette, who is also a Minister of Health, recently posted this to the Humble_MMS group on yahoo groups

- New protocol CDS+ (25 ppm in 4oz of distilled water which equals to 3 activated drops and add 6 drops of DMSO to it, which again equals to a 1:2 ratio).
I haven't seen a specific official protocol of CDS+ out there. But this is how I do it.

HOWEVER, Michael has a totally different CDS+ recipe taken from Mark Grenon's work with Chagas and the video that was put out -

Regardless of how you add your DMSO to your MMS, I'd only add it at the time you were actually taking that drink, not in advance when making up, say, a day's worth.

I've been looking up CDS and watched most of Jim Humbles feb 9th 2012 and April 2012 videos on how to make cds in the second one he is blowing the cDS through the tube rather than using heat.

Could you recommend for me the most up to date and easiest understand place to go to find out how to best make the Cds? I really like the idea of less nausea and am I right, this would be much better to use in my mouth as there would be NO citric acid so I would not have to worry about damaging my teeth, That sounds so much better for me as my issue is the threat of a root canal from my dentist Thanks for your help x

I took my training a year ago - and CDS has come into being since.

The EASIEST way to make CDS that I have found is the shot glass method. This was devised through the interaction of several people on this forum - but it has been tested. A slide show is being made, and hopefully we will have a link soon. I can give you written instructions, if you prefer. If you've paid for the course, someone will contact you. I THINK my contact was Jon Grenon - but it could be someone else, if he's out in the field. Give them a day or two, if you've not been contacted by then, we can push....
