Hi everyone,
I am newbie of 2 weeks with many years of migraines. Doing MMS in the jar with 8 divisions on it and at 10 drops right now.
I bought the MMS off the website 4 oz. When I pour a drop out it seems like it hangs on the edge of the bottle and then another drop rolls out and seems to hang with the one on the bottom then they both drop off. So is that one drop or two?
After I mix the MMS and activator, then pour it into my jar, do I need to keep this in the refrigerator?
If so can I pour out my douse and let it set 10-15 min to warm up?
How long before and after I eat can I take my MMS?
What happens if I take my MMS and then forget and eat something?
What is CDS that everyone talks about?

Hi Judy and welcome to the forum I hope I am not out of line here when I answer some of these questions of your..I had the same problem the drops hanging at the end of the lip of the bottle and not knowing if 2 drops fell in or one big one lol. I took that inner part out and use a dropper so that I make sure that I am getting the right amount of drops. I have seen videos of Jim Humble drinking the stuff right after he makes it so I am assuming so. I just saw a video just yesterday of him making mms and mixing baking soda in to mask the taste of the mms. The CDS that everyone is talking about is fantastic. I use CDS. its mms with activator into a shotglass the shotglass sits in a 32 oz jar of DISTILLED water approx 2 cups of water. yes floats on top. put the jar in a cool dark place for 12 hours and then take out and you will see it is a yellowish color. very carefully take the shotglass out. be careful not to sink the glass. put a lid on the jar and refridgerate. wha la you have CDS cds is so much better for people like me that have a sensitive stomach. With MMS some have a tendency to get sick to the stomach and diarhia and thats not for me. I make my own CDS. I am sure Pam can shed some more light on this. or Michael Harrah and a few others.. How do I clean the dropper/shotglass to make sure I am not contaminating the mixture. Or is that not a concern. I am assuming that during the 12 hours the "fumes" go into the water and make MMS. That is why after 12 hours it is yellowish in color and ready to consume. Judy

Yes Judy the gases go into the water and all you have left in the shotglass is residue. Be sure not to tip that glass and let it sink in the mixture or u will have to do all over again. Just make sure you clean with hot soapy water and rise real well with hot water. I like to keep my stuff clean as possible. From what I heard CDS is alot more affective than the MMS. I read it in the forum somewhere. SOmeone correct me if I'm wrong. Judy as for the dosage of what you should drink of tis, you are best to ask Pam. You can send her a private message. I ma drinking 8oz of CDS and hour for 8 hrs. 48 oz total so the last of it isnt 8oz. I usually dont do the full 8 hours cause I get too sleepy from the stuff. Im not sure itf its from the CDS or just me and my body healing.
