Hello everyone,
Guess what! Yes, I am new to the forum :)

I started taking MMS about a month ago. Currently I am using the baby bottle method to slowly build up to 3drops per serving. My stomach is very sensitive since I took, for the first time after 15 years, some antibiotics due to a tooth extraction last summer. It was out of preventative actions so the dentist told me, but I should have listen to my intuition. Now after one year I still have issues and I only took 3 days worth not 10 days. I did use my known herbs and methods to avoid any possible bacterial infection i.e. Oil of Oregano, Clove oil, Tea Tree oil etc. The damage to my stomach was done and now I just have to take it little by little to increase the MMS to 3drops per serving.

Why am I taking MMS to begin with? Well, first of all I somehow feel my stomach issue is due to the Helicobacter Pylori bacteria. So I hope to get that taken care of through MMS. But more so I have been dealing with what I believe is Fibromyalgia (don't go to Dr's so never got officially diagnosed but the symptoms all match), being fatigued, hormonal imbalance due to a pituitary growth (don't want to call it tumor since it is not cancerous) that produces Prolactin (more than what I need) and it would be great to either get rid of it totally or at least prevent it from growing any further. Since there is not much room up there in the brain for this to grow without causing a whole bunch of other problems.

So besides my health issues I live in Arizona, (am originally from Germany though) for over 25 years I have been utilizing alternative healing methods for myself and my family. I lost trust in Dr's since I was 20 and have preferred to take care of my health with more out of the box methods.

I am really looking forward learning from each other, helping and supporting each other on our journey to health and wellbeing.

Welcome to the forum Sevenrays!

Always glad to have another fellow Arizonan here! I have to agree with you about the doctors, can't find any help from them.

I think the baby bottle method is a great way to get started on MMS and if you find the right dose I think it could help or resolve any of those problems even if it might take a while.

I've also been recommending the parasite protocol to people now that the info is out there and I think parasites are a lot more prevalent than we think. Especially if you try many of the usual recommendations for a problem, have a good diet, and yet still have the problem. If parasites are at the root of any of these problems then it will be necessary to get rid of the parasites. I am hoping this is the situation with my long standing problems and the parasite protocol will get to the heart of things.

MMS is the first place to start and getting up to the 3 drop dose will be the first step. So I think you are on the right track.

Thank you Michael,

I am currently working my way through Jim Humble's book pg. 23 he says MMS oxidizes heavy metals. One thing I forgot to mention in my first post is that I tend to get anemic and have a very low ferritin level (below the level one should minimally have). It has been very very difficult to get the iron levels up so the ferritin levels can rise too. If MMS oxidizes heavy metals, and iron is a heavy metal, am I creating a bigger anemic problem than I already have?

Maybe someone can shed some light on how MMS can differentiate the good 'heavy metals' that our body needs vs the bad one i.e. lead, mercury, aluminum.

Thank you,
sevenrays

The thing that comes to my mind about iron is that if MMS was attacking that, then I think we'd be getting many reports to that effect.

Iron deficiency is a common problem and I know with the autistic children that get on MMS protocols and stay on them for long periods following Kerri's protocols which also include removing all supplements except sea water, they are not getting reports of MMS causing iron problems.

I think there are differences in electro-magnetic properties between toxic substances and metals versus healthful ones. In the reading I have done, other toxin absorbing substances like clay, charcoal and DE preferentially absorb toxins and seem to leave beneficial substances alone. That is probably what is happening with MMS based on the reports.

If you do begin observing what looks like MMS contributing to an iron deficiency I would even suspect it is not a direct correlation but is an indirect one, because of the effect MMS is having on the underlying cause, such as parasites or pathogens.

I know this makes it difficult to determine if something is helping or hurting, but we have complex, multifaceted problems, and the answers are not so easy as just looking at your immediate symptoms. At least that has been my experience.

Hopefully, you won't have to face a situation where the iron deficiency seems to be getting worse, but instead you will see improvement.
