My body is acidic and I need to raise my alkalinity.

Do any of you use PH drops in water to raise the alkalinity?

And is this water ok to use with MMS?

I was looking at these 2 products:

Body Rescue PH Protector Drops

Ingredients:
Water, CAW micelle (sodium meta silicate, sulfated castor oil, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate), fossilized organics from refined lignite.


Alkavision Plasma PH Drops
Ingredients:
Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Carbonate

Recently I was asking similar question. I don't use drops, but a machine which makes alkaline water. This is the thread:
