Hello Everyone, this is my first post here -- and I'm so very glad to have discovered this forum! And the MMS!

I've had some pretty serious health conditions, the worst coming in April when my left foot started swelling in a weird way. When I went to the Dr., she told me it could be one of 6 things (cancer being the last), and then proceeded to eliminate the first 5 possibilities. She wanted me to get an MRI immediately, but since I have no health insurance, I instead began an intensive alkalizing protocol from Dr. Young out in California (pH Miracle Center). I did this for about a month before discovering the MMS Book by Jim Humble. I started the hourly protocol 5 days ago, and so far seem to be having good results -- the swelling in my foot is wayyyy down after just the first 4 days! The pain is greatly decreased too! I am in a state of wonder and awe over this, as before the MMS protocol, my foot looked like a small watermelon stuck on the end of my leg and I was on crutches. Now the swelling is primarily in just one bone and I can walk again. The 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda added to my daily mixture makes it SO much easier to get down too! I am very hopeful that the good results will continue, and after just seeing the new videos on parasites, I am even more excited about this work and the possibilities for healing all across the board.

One thing I wanted to share is that after reading about the only dietary restrictions being oranges and Vitamin C, I went off my alkaline diet yesterday and today my foot hurts more than yesterday and it's a little harder to walk than yesterday too. Maybe just a natural fluctuation process but I think I'll probably go back on the alkaline diet tomorrow and see if that speeds/changes the process in a positive way.

Looking forward to sharing here, and so grateful to have a place to ask questions and learn more about the MMS protocols ~

Just take your vitamin C 2 hours after your last dose of MMS for the day - otherwise, you're good to go. (Be sure your juices don't have preservatives, like ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate) -

Sure thing -- A good website the check out is www.phmiracle.com. Also, Robert Young has a good book out that is very simple to read and gets you started called (surprise :)) The pH Miracle. They sell their supplements for very high prices, but I have worked with another alkalizing coach who discovered very good alternatives at less expensive prices. There are only 1 or 2 supplements that are best purchased through the Young's, but I discovered if I buy a case at a time, there is a 40% discount. But all the supplements are if you do a pH cleanse. The regular maintenance diet is basically 80% alkalizing foods (mainly raw and lightly steamed or sauteed greens) and 20% low acid foods). So, basically, you just invert the Standard American Diet (they call it S.A.D.) so that instead of the salad being a small side dish, it's the main course. The thing is, this diet has worked SOOOO well for me -- when I can stay on it. It can feel awfully depriving at first and takes a while to integrate and get used to. But so far in studying MMS, it appears to be a good fit. Mr. Humble talks about the body being made up of so much water and that's what get's changed (sorry, I'm paraphrasing so I may not be quoting exactly), and Young says, Hey, if the fish is sick you dont send it to the doctor, you CHANGE that water in the fish tank... Seem to be some interesting correllaries. The truth is, if I could eat carbs and dairy all day long without getting fat or sick, that would be heaven on earth. It's kinda hard for me to believe one doesn't essentially need to change their diet if they have cancer or some extreme imbalance, but I sure would love to be proven wrong!
