I have Fibromyalgia, IBS and possiblly other health problems. I started MMS a few weeks ago. I have worked my way up to 1 drop before bed and even at such a low dose I am still very exhausted. I read someone had a similar issue and they had to stop MMS because it lowered their thyroid function and made exhaustion too extreme to deal with. I have never been diagnosised with thyroid issues but have suspected it might be a problem, which in FMS/CFS it is very possible. Anyone else have these issues and did you just continue working MMS up slowly to full dose? Could I try taking it differently? What are my options? Thanks.

Fibro is such an odd thing. For years it was a catch-all diagnosis for people where they had soft-tissue pain, but no known etiology. I'm guessing you're quite toxic. I takes MMS 2 hours MAX to leave the system, so if you're taking 1 drop before bedtime, then going to bed, it's all out of the system by morning. Usually we'd say fatigue was a herx symptom. I'm not so sure in your case, given the amount and time you're taking it, and I can't diagnose, of course.

You have a couple of options - go to the "baby bottle" system. You activate 1 drop, then add it to 8 oz of water in a baby bottle. Drink one oz an hour for 8 hours. That way you're only getting 1/8 of a drop an hour.

Another alternative would be going to CDS.

Another alternative would be doing MMS baths or footbaths for a bit until your body gets used to it.

Maybe someone else will have some other alternatives.

Good luck!

I was going to suggest taking Calcium Bentonite Clay for 2 weeks, 2x's a day (1 full heaping teaspoon in 8oz water) .... that way, when your ready to take the MMS, your detoxification pathways will be open, you'll alkalize your system and you'll be eliminating properly so you can detox properly... cause if you start with the MMS now, it might be a rough ride.

Just a suggestion ...

I highly recommend the baby bottle method michaelharrah.us/Parasite-Protocol/baby-bottle-method-parasite-protocol.html . It is very gentle and you can stay on it a long time. Kerri says it is fool proof and no one gets sick. This is what I am recommending to anyone using protocol 1000.

Here are some baby bottle links:
www.amazon.com/Lifefactory-9-Ounce-Glass-Beverage-Bottle/dp/B00475RIYU/ref=pd_sim_k_1 LIfefactor $14 flat cap, has ounce markers on side.
www.amazon.com/Dr-Browns-Natural-Standard-Replacement/dp/B0006BAJNG/ref=pd_sim_ba_2 travel caps
www.amazon.com/Evenflo-Classic-Glass-Bottle-8-Ounce/dp/B001F50FFO/ref=pd_sbs_ba_2 6 pack

I ordered some and will see if the travel caps fit the envenflo bottles.

Thank you all for your posts. I will try baby bottle method starting tomorrow. If I'm not having luck with that I will try the clay and then restart mms.

That is great to know, thank you Joe!

Those Evenflos are cheap and we just need a good top for them. Once word gets out, many people will be doing the baby bottle method. It is a great advancement from Kerri.
