When taking mms can you eat food that has vitamin c in it?

By the way, I didn't introduce myself. I am a wood carver by trade for 30 years. I Have been to a doctor once. It was for a sinus infection and he gave me antibiotics and prednisone and said that he would have to operate if it didn't work.. It made me sick for quite a while and i never went back, but instead started pursuing alternative methods.
I love the idea of taking care of myself, learning about my body and finding new stuff like MMS. I knew products like this were out there somewhere.

Naturally occurring vitamin C should be OK, according to Jim Humble. Do not eat oranges, or anything with ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate as preservatives.

Click the profile tab at the top, then click the edit button all the way to the right after Profile: stevebws

Hi steve my name is Megg and I agree with you. I HATE doctors anymore. I have seen enough of them for them to tell me there is nothing more we can do for you ...leave me to die!!! not me!! Im a fighter and a survivor and if there is something out there that will keep me alive im all for it and I stumbled on MMS. I think I was meant to find this. Pam is a big help to us all. I just like talking to people too. Luv this forum :) WELCOME steve
