Hi Megg,
My apologies for the slow response but I see you have generated quite a number of responses. I hope that anything I say that may conflict with any of those will not be taken as if I know more than anyone else, I'm just sharing my opinions and suggesting the approach I would take if it were me.
Firstly, let's go back to you original post in which you summarised your issues as:
COPD (severe)
Congestive heart failure (3 heart attacks under my belt)
Thyroid disease ( the thyroid makes it so I cant gain weigh only have 1 thyroid) had this since 1977
Emphasema
Asthsma
Bronchitis
Anxiety attacks
Restless leg syndrome
Much of this is inter-related and is primarily respiratory, but the systems and functions (anatomy and physiology) of the human body are ALL inter-related so the approach must be to break down and simplify what is going on and why, and then reverse it all and get you back to health.
The big picture consists of your cells are either deficient in some way (nutrition, hydration, oxygen etc), or they are in chaos through toxicity, structural damage, blockages and so on. So the thing to do is to detoxify, cleanse, hydrate and support them. I have been trying to get around to writing this up for some time but to get you started here's some suggestions.
To start getting rid of built up faecal matter, pharmaceutical residues, chemicals & preservatives you could do what I call the 'salt water rocket' - 2 teaspoons of a good quality sea salt or rock salt (not table salt) in a litre of water. Drink it first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. This should go through you; if it doesn't then do it again a couple of days later. This simple and harmless detoxifier can be done as regularly as you feel is right for you as it will cleanse the alimentary canal from the mouth right through to the other end.
MMS Protocol 1000, MMS bath protocol, and the inhalation protocol. Go to Protocol 2000 if the condition is life threatening, and learn to make CDS if you have problems taking MMS1.
Do a colon cleanse a.s.a.p. using Jim's recommendations for enemas, ie salt water first to cleanse followed by MMS. Douches also (being female you have the advantage of one more way of getting MMS into you).
To target the respiratory system, get some red skinned potatoes and every morning for breakfast slice up two good sized ones & lay the slices flat on a plate, squeeze fresh lemon juice (straight from the lemon) all over them and sprinkle with sea salt or rock salt. Eat them raw! The starch particles will collect toxins and anything that doesn't belong in the lungs & will expel them out of the body.
Eat apples every day, the pectins will also detoxify and the 12,000+ phytonutrients with nourish every cell in your body. Serving tip: cut up an apple into pieces & add natural yoghurt without any preservatives or other chemical additives, plus chopped fresh parsley. Do not core the apple, eat the seeds and all because they pack additional nutritional punch. And make sure you include the skins which are very beneficial to muscular strength & growth.
Get some essential peppermint oil & put a few drops in the palm of your hand. Rub vigorously with the other hand to warm it up then cup both hands over the nose and sniff in the fumes. Remove your hands to exhale, then breath in more fumes.. Repeat this several times.
Mix the peppermint oil with eucalyptus oil and tea tree oil for a chest & back rub & inhale the fumes for easier breathing. Make sure these are essential oils, not just cheap fragrances.
Eliminate all forms of meat - go back later if you want to but to allow your body to heal this is critical. The technical explanation of why, including the protein myth is way to long for this post but I will write it up later.
Add radishes and onions to your diet. Also kale, ginger, mustard, garlic, and horseradish are good for respiratory problems.
Hydrate. You said you weigh about 80kg so your daily intake of water needs to be 3 to 4 litres but as I've posted previously you must break up the chains of HHOHHOHHO etc by pouring from one glass to another a few times or by shaking it vigorously in a bottle, otherwise the molecules bond together and will pass straight through you without actually hydrating you. You'll stop peeing the excess out in about 3 weeks when your organs have adjusted. I know it sounds like too much water but you exhale about 1.5 litres in your breath every day, plus whatever comes out through your skin, urine etc. and your conditions are symptomatic of not enough water.
Suck on rock salt all day.
Eat nuts (especially walnuts & almonds) and watermelon to keep the brain in good condition & sending the right signals.
You asked about juices - I do not know of commercially available ones in your area that are preservative and additive free so I recommend making your own. Here's a chlorophyll cocktail especially for respiration:
Juice: 5 oz celery, 2 oz kale or collard greens, 2 oz alfalfa and/or parsley, 1 clove garlic, 1oz lemon, 1/3 onion. Sip slowly. Don’t get hung up on precise measurements.
For your congestive heart problems, 2 or 3 red grapefruit everyday will clear this. Scrape the pith from inside the skin of one of them & eat that as well & you'll clear the arteries & veins while the vitamin C will help rebuild & strengthen their walls.
Do not consume anything that has been microwaved, not even water. Try this experiment: get 2 identical plants and water one with regular water & one with water that has been microwaved. You'll soon see that one is healthy and the other one dies.
Eat as much locally grown, in-season organic fruit and vegetables as you like. Snack on them all day so you don't feel hungry for fats & sugars.
The rule for food shopping and reading labels is - if it has a label, you shouldn't be eating it. That goes for drinks as well, ie no fizzy soft drinks or so-called energy drinks, flavoured milk or anything like that.
If telling you to stop eating meat didn't throw you, here's the one that will benefit most of all - stop taking medications and supplements, they are toxic and causing you more problems that you can cope with.
Breathe! Make a habit of sucking in some big ones often – first thing when you wake up, during the day and last thing before you sleep. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
Get plenty of sunshine, it’s the largest source of everything, not just vitamin D.
Move – you have to walk or move to get the lymphatic system to dump toxic residues into the excretory system & remove them from your body. Swing your arms, stretch, rotate your feet when sitting etc.
For your thyroid I posted previously about mushrooms, but you can also add spinach, peanuts and kelp for that.
Anxiety attacks I will post separately when time permits, that's quite an in-depth subject.
Restless legs - sounds bizarre but get some cork, either from wine bottles or preferably if your hardware store has them get some flat cork floor or wall tiles and put them down by your feet in your bed - under the bottom sheet is probably best so you won't kick them out during the night. A bit weird, but it works. While you're hunting for cork you can try a cake of your favourite soap which seems to work for many but not all. Eliminating restless legs syndrome will allow a better night's sleep which will allow MMS (and your auto-immune system) to do its job which will all contribute to assisting the suggestions above to detoxify the body and support it through better nutrition & hydration etc.
Oh - and regarding your coffee intake I'd suggest cutting that back for MMS to be effective. Real organic coffee in moderation is good for your adrenals and helps remove parasites, however stay well away from instant coffee, pasteurized milk, white sugar and especially artificial sweeteners.
