Hello everyone ! Ive been reading for several days the threads related to herpes. Im a 50 year old male and have had the genital virus for over 30 years. It has stolen my life from me. I am so encouraged by some of the things I have read and hope I can be blessed with a cure. I pray the MMS protocol 1000 plus can heal me. I do have a couple questions I have not found the answers through research. I have ordered my MMS and DMSO for my therapy. It is on its way !!! I will use this thread to document my success through the process . My initial questions are as follows

1- Can I beat this herpes virus 1 step at a time ? meaning can I do the oral protocol and apply the surface area of my lower spine area initially without attacking the neck area ? Can I try to beat the genital herpes first before I attack the mouth herpes ?

2- I know my diet will be crucial while doing the protocol. My question is, there are trigger foods for me like peanut butter or bananas and oats that I cannot eat without spurring an outbreak. Can I eat those foods on the 1000 plus protocol ? I Know I need to stay away from Vitamin C and dairy and antioxidant foods, but I was hoping I could eat food that I have had to shy away from in the past. Will the herpes thrive on high Arginine foods if Im trying to kill it ?

3- I know I need to stay away from my daily coffee ( its going to be so hard ) what can I do to help with the caffeine withdraws while Im on the protocol ? This is huge concern I have.I know I will get MAJOR headaches . I feel I can do most anything if Im not going through the withdraws . Help !!!

4- It seems the Atkins diet for the most part is perfect for the MMS protocol 1000 plus. Am I correct ?

Im going to need support and help to beat this virus. I hope and pray I can count on this forum to give me my life back. Thanks so much !

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I will try to answer your questions. However, I feel others may be able to give you a better understanding with regards to diet.

1> Why do you want to attack HSV2 first and then HSV1? My suggestion is to attack HSV PERIOD.

2> I think we are divided on the issue of diet. Some say you can eat foods such as fruit and veg while other
suggest to stay away from fruit and veg as they have Vit C and antioxidant. I personally stayed off fruits and
veg as I didn't want anything messing with the MMS.

3> I'm sorry but you just have to stay off the coffee and anything else containing caffine. You will have make a
sacrifice or two if you are serious about fighting HSV.

4> Atkins may 'seem' suitable for taking MMS. However, a predominately meat based diet will make your body
acidic and the HVS will love you for it. My experience is that I needed protein to help keep down the MMS.

Hope this helps a little.

So Delite, are you saying that you have beaten hsv with this regimen? And can you be a little more specific on the foods you did eat? Like am I good to eat hamburgers and French fries? If you could list 8-10 foods that you were able to eat and beat this virus I think we all would be very appreciative. I can make an entire diet out of 5 foods for 6 weeks. Thank you in advance.

Hi Wannabe,

I was exposed to HSV and began taking MMS and then added DMSO to my protocol.

I have never tested positive for HSV. My test result after 16 weeks of exposure were negative on the IgG and PCR.

However, my ex who tested positive on an IgG in March, tested negative on a PCR in June.

As for diet, I had eggs in the morning, pasta and tuna for lunch and more protein in the evening (baked fish, chicken).

I avoided fruit and veg for about 3 months. Please note, others will disagree with my diet but I didn't want t take anything with vitamins and antioxidant to cancel the MMS.

Sorry, I am not the best person to ask re diet

I with you wannabe. I could survive on just a few different foods for 6 weeks if I knew i wasn't canceling my protocol and it would result in a cure for me. There are so many helpful people here, I wish someone "in the know" would give us a list of what we can eat, instead of telling us what we can't eat !

MJB,

That's kind of a hard question to answer really... there are many kinds of simple foods out there that people just don't care for. We eat (while on the protocol) quinoa, tempeh, Israeli Cous-Cous, root vegetables, miso soup and some fish. Keeping it real simple.

No desserts, sweets or flour products as its counter-productive.

Clint
