I was taking CDS for about 2 months, not for any serious health issues but generally to improve overall health. I have to admit I almost gave up 3 times, due to uncomfortable symptoms such as dry skin, extreme coldness, cracked lips and loss of hair vitality. However I persevered and felt that increasing my daily intake of water really helped as did varying the number of drops per hour.
I began to feel much better and these symptoms gradually disappeared but I continued to use the 1000 protocol. A week later, however, the symptoms returned and I experienced incredibly strong cravings for anti-oxidant rich foods, almost as if my body was being depleted of them by the CDS.
So now, I have stopped taking CDS and feel so much better. Can anyone please shed light on what was happening as I have to say I am disappointed that I seemed to have experienced a relapse while still using CDS. Why was my body telling me that it needed such a high anti-oxidant intake?

I can't speak to your body talking to you - but I do know that when I'm on MMS or CDS, I have to up the water, because I dehydrate easily. I take my CDS in 2oz of water, but need to add extra -

perhaps you experiencing detox herxing at a slow rate. you said you were on sort of a maint dose.

or perhaps it isnt what your bodied required at this moment in time. could be your body requires you to look into antioxidants or something else ?

also, i dont understand something, in the subject you refer to a relapse, a relapse to what???
in the first paragraph you say it is a maintenance dose, but for what?

I was taking a lot of water with the CDS. But I feel very confused about the protocol because when I started to feel better in that the above mentioned symptoms cleared, why is it that a week later I started to feel worse again? I was still on the 1000 protocol and even dropped down to a very low dose but I didn't start to feel better until I stopped taking CDS completely.
I'd be grateful for any light you can shed on this because I do believe in MMS and its ability to cure.

Louise,

The path that your body takes to 'get well' and what it has to do to rid itself of toxins is an unknown one... but, the truth is ... the body is ALWAYS right... whatever path it takes. It truly is a mystery... and we are left with the task (if we choose) to try and figure out what to make of it, and decipher the 10 - 30+ years of build-up we placed on ourselves. We can only stay the course, and not veer off of it..... and listen to what our body is saying, and try to give it what it needs to get well. Cause, however it's reacting... it's what it needs to do and is the right reaction ..... it's trying to get well for us... that's it's job.
