I have Fibromyalgia which calls for protocol 1000 and 3000. I put the 10 activated drops and water solution on my arm and sprayed the 705 dmso solution on top. How long am I suppose to leave this on? The book doesn't say anything about washing it off, but my friend read on the forum you're only suppose to leave it on a certain period of time. I'm confused about this. Also it itches really bad!

I gots a lot of health issues, but my main complaint is Fibromyalgia. :(
