I learned a couple of months ago from a video I saw from Spain in youtube, about a person who cured his cataracts with liquid (not the gel) "Silicium G5". One drop in the eye several times a day, and in a matter of weeks, the cataracts were gone!

EDIT: Dosage is two drops in the morning and two drops in the afternoon. Just found the Spanish video, man talks at time position 41:10
