Hi there, I am new to this forum and wanted to share my mms journey to date and find the answers to some questions.
I started taking mms protocol 1000 about 3 months ago and found that the 3 drop dose wasn't really affecting me so I stopped, thinking I didn't need it although I suffered from post nasal drip and had a long standing dry cough. About 3 weeks later I came down with a really sore throat which developed into a heavy chest infection which I knew was going to floor me for a couple of weeks and be hard to get rid of. On the third day I reached for the MMS and took a day's dose. Within two days I was back on my feet which seemed like some sort of miracle!!
Of course, I then resumed the daily dose but this time I found the effects much more dramatic. I felt intensely cold, especially in my knees and so dropped the dose to 1 then a half drop per hour which helped a bit. At the moment I am on 1 drop per hour but have found it heavy going, feeling tired with dry skin and hair that looked so lifeless and dull. I was ready to give up until today when I poured over the forum and took the advice on drinking a lot of water. This has made all the difference!! I feel much less tired, my hair is in better shape and generally the effects are much easier to handle. I am obviously detoxing and so the water is a must.
My questions are:
Is it ok to eat ant-oxidant rich foods and drinks during the day such as Tulsi tea and raw chocolate?
Is post nasal drip a syptom of candida?
I was advised to use a humidifier, with 24 drops per cup of water - is this correct?
Very much looking forward to your comments/answers and thanks!

Hi, and welcome!

JH has stated that anti-oxident foods are OK during the protocol. IF it were me, I'd do them about an hour after my last dose - Just in case YOURS is not one he has tested <G>.

Yes, PND can be a symptom of candida -

JH has a protocol in the new book on inhalation, which includes a "mister" as he calls it (a humidifier) -

From his latest book The Master Mineral of the Third Millennium, starting on page 193 of the online version (available at www.jimhumble.biz ) :

 Using a Misting Machine

Another and much safer procedure is to use a mister, a machine that creates a mist of water. Some humidifiers also create a cool mist; read your user’s manual. I use 24 drops of activated MMS for each cup of water that I put in the mister. MMS will be in the mist. Use bottled drinking water. Keep a large bottle so that you can pour the liquid out of the machine and into a bottle with a lid. In that way, after you have taken your breaths, you can continue to use the same MMS until it gets used up.
Make up a batch for your machine. You will probably need at least three cups. Remember: 24 drops of activated MMS per cup. Turn the machine on and put your mouth right down at the opening where the mist comes out. You will be able to tell when the mist starts as the air will get cold on your lips. At that time, the first time, take only one breath. Then 4 hours later you can do it again and if everything went alright and there was no problem, you can take 2 breaths. Do it two or three times a day and if there is no problem and you are getting better, you can take as many as 10 breaths each time. You will never be getting 100% chlorine dioxide as you would if breathing from a cup. But in every case go slowly.

Inhaling MMS in a mist is very helpful for any type of respiratory disease such as pneumonia, asthma, COPD, and emphysema.

I have been using MMS for my lungs from time to time. As others have told me about using MMS in the lungs, I finally decided to do a mini research program. The above item (Inhaling MMS) and this one, Using a Misting Machine, are the result of about 2 weeks of doing it 8 hours a day. I am 79 years old as mentioned before. About one month after doing the mini program, I began to feel my lungs working easier and I was breathing more deeply on occasion. Then I began to take more deep breaths. I was amazed. I could draw breaths completely and easily.

Before doing the program, I breathed OK. But when taking a deep breath, my breath would just slowly come to an end. As I reached the end of the breath I was forcing it pretty hard. Now it was different. I could breathe all the way totally deep to the end of the breath easily and without forcing it. In fact it was now fun and pleasant to take a deep breath, hold it for a couple of seconds and then let it out.

I figure that the lungs heal slowly. After I killed most of the pathogens, my lungs filled out to a healthier condition than before. It took a while. They didn’t feel bad before, but they do feel better now. No big deal, but it might be worth working on.

Warning
When using the above instructions to repair your lungs, you take complete responsibility for yourself. I cannot be responsible for you. All I can say is that I have done this and others have told me they have too. In many cases, this is the only thing that will give you your life back. But you do it totally on your own responsibility.

Hi Pam, thanks for your helpful response. I guess that if I have candida that I will be on mms for some time to come. By the way, I cannot tolerate citric acid as I have a history of stomach ulcers and so am using cds, which is fine. However, I read that mms can be activated with unfiltered, unpasteurised cider vinegar?

Yes, it can be activated with lemon juice, lime juice or an unpasteurized vinegar like braggs vinegar. All 3 use a 1:5 (1 drop MMS to 5 drops activator) --- Do you have problems with lemon or lime? The reason I ask is because vinegar is, by it's nature, a fermented product, and I think (could be wrong here - someone correct me if I am) that candida LOVES fermented products.

Hi Pam,
Yes I could use lime or lemon juice no problem.
Did I imagine it or did I read Jim's account of sleeping in a room with a bowl of activated but not diluted, mms? Do you know how effective this might be?

This is another (not official) protocol, given to us by a man named Scott.
Mix up a batch of 5 drops of mms and 5 drops of 50% activator (no water). Put it in something - - a shot glass, a votive candle holder - and put the glass/holder into something (I use an upside down fixture floor lamp, or you can use a ceiling fan with upside down glass bulbs) that allows the fumes to come out OVER the people in the room. Sleep under it.

Scott (or maybe his name was David Scott) found that it cleared a lung problem.

He found that 10 drops activated was too much. I would suggest staying with 5 drops activated.
