I listed a package of product and wanted to know or get some idea i this is enougfh to get started, what is missimng,

Jim Humble's book is probably the most used reference.
It details what is needed, how to use it in various forms and more.
The least expensive way is usually to just purchase the sodium chlorite flakes and mix it yourself with distilled water.
Then to "activate" it into MMS, you could use a lemon, vinegar, or citric acid.
I think citric acid is just dehydrated lemon.
There is a spice company near me in central NY state where I purchased 5 pounds of citric acid for about $15 six months ago.
That's about it for the basics, but the book is where you can get the info.

Of course, the purchase you describe in your post looks like it is also as good as what I describe.
A 32 oz supply would probably last years for one person or even a few people.

It seems that you have the 28% sodium chlorite already - in the 32 oz jug (assuming they're not sending you dry powder and telling you just to fill the jug with distilled water - in which case I hope the seller has got his measurements correct) -

You can either purchase citric acid as jemco has mentioned, or use lemon juice or vinegar. If you use lemon juice or vinegar, use 5 drops of juice (fresh) to 1 drop of the MMS.

If you want to use citric acid, the easiest way to mix it up and use it is a 50% solution. There you take the same amount of packed down citric acid crystals and add it to the same amount of water. When the crystals are all dissolved, you use 1 drop of this to 1 drop of the MMS.

When making CDS, we always use the 50% solution.

Given the season, in the US, a lot of stores have food canning supplies. Citric acid is also sold with the canning supplies. It's a bit pricey that way - but you could start right away that way and order more for later.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
