I have been on MMS for 54 day. The first 47 days were MMS1 at 6-drops per hour over 8 hours.

I introduced MMS/DMSO topically 2x a day to my protocol and increasing my doses to 12 per day.

Today was the first day that I threw up an hour after my 9th dose. I will not continue with my hourly dose today as my body cannot take the extra 3 doses but I will do my second MMS/DMSO topical application.

I don't understand, I have been OK with MMS for almost 2 months but today my body just couldn't handle it.

Any input on this anyone???

You've increased a lot, suddenly, including the DMSO. I think all of it together overwhelmed you. You have an extra 24 drops a day, with the increase in hours, PLUS the stuff the DMSO is pushing into the blood stream. I think you've made the right decision. Back down a bit. See if it's possibly the DMSO push that is affecting you (or not....)

Pam, I have reduced my hourly doses to 8-10 depending on how I feel. However, after 55 days of being on MMS it is not agreeing with my stomach. I feel like I have an acid stomach and I now dread taking my hourly doses.

I am drinking water in between my doses but it doesn't make any difference.

Delite,

You are one serious tough mo fo !!!!!

Seriously, over 6 drops an hour, for 8 hours, for 2 months ? I'd say it's about TIME you had some reaction in the form up throwing up or something, with that high a dose ?!?!

if your stomach is that acid, you might consider taking baking soda (2 hours away from MMS) and right before you fo to bed to Alkalize your system..... as well as taking the new CDS....cause it is less acidic to the system.

:-)

Good work !!!

It didn't take me long to get to 6-drops per hour. I got to 3-drops per hour on day one and I just increased drops to see how many drops I could take without being sick.

Maybe, I need to cut back on drops. I was OK, until I added the DMSO topically to my protocol....and it is really draining me right now. I feel I need to continue with the DMSO topically, and cut back on hourly drops.

Delite,

I know everyone's different, and we all have different metabolisms and body variables. I know my girlfriend was able to take 6-9 drops an hour for 14 hours a day ( for a 2 days)... I was stunned. I thought I might be mixing it wrong, or that the DMSO was inactivating the MMS somehow, but she was a trooper.

Sounds like you are very in touch with your body.... a good thing !

Clint

Delite, I think you're making the right decision. Fatigue can be one of the symptoms of too much (everyone's body is different) - and in that case, JH says to back off the MMS for a bit until you can start adding again. (Not stop, just lessen)

Delite - Pam and Clint are right, you have been going at it in a big way.

I do not know if you are trying to treat a serious illness or just doing detox, but if you have maintained this regime for this long, its time to get down to a maintenance level imo.

Using a lower dosage allows for a happier constitution - especially if you have had a herx reaction. Body is telling you something.
