Hi every one, I have lupus since 2003, on January I started taking MMS, but took five drops for 25 of citric acid. Of course, it was too much so I get very sick. Then I entered to this forum and I was recommended to take one for 5 drops every two hours. I am a tax preparer so I decided to wait until tax season is over. On April 17, I started taking MMS again, but as I was recommended. I took it for a week and stop it because I feel very healty, but still having pain every morning, but after a cup of coffe I feel good. This morning the pain was very bad, so I thought that I should start taking MMS again. I appreciate any feed back.

Then I have a friend with pulmonary fibrosis and I shared the MMS with her. Two weeks ago she was hospitalized with lungs infection. I went to see her in the hospital, and despite she was very sick, she was very optimist and with energy. I am not sure if MMS can help with severe pulmonay fibrosis.

It all depends on what your strength of citric acid is, Graciela. If you have a 10% solution, you need 25 drops of citric acid for 5 drops of MMS. If you have a 50% solution, it's 1 drop of citric acid for one drop of MMS. More citric acid than you need is not going to damage you, other than there might be gastric distress. We can buy citric acid here - even in the stores - it's part of what you buy for canning, so you buy it in the canning supplies. I don't know where you are, but maybe you can buy citric acid there and make fresh 50% (i.e., one part citric acid to 1 part distilled water) -

Coffee is an antioxident and it is detrimental to the MMS - so...

When you were saying "pain every morning" I"m not sure if it was pain from the lupus or pain from a herxheimer reaction to the MMS.

The new 1000 protocol is to take 3 drops mms every hour for 8 hours. If you are using the 50% citric acid, you'd do 3 drops MMS and 3 drops citric acid, activated 20 seconds and then taken with 4 oz of water. If you're using the 10% citric acid, you'd do 3 drops MMS and 15 drops citric acid, activated 3 minutes, and taken wiht 4 oz of water.

Hard to say on the pulmonary fibrosis. She's a complex situation, for sure. And she may need more than the 1000 protocol.
