Which one or ones do I have to avoid while taking MMS? For instance broccoli is 130% vitamin c so should I avoid it? Thanks.
I gots a lot of health issues, but my main complaint is Fibromyalgia. :(

Jim Humble has stated that naturally occurring Vitamin C in foods you don't have to worry about.
