Hi there, I got my supply of MMS 2 and started with 1/4 capsule every two hours, but only managed to get up to the 3rd dose, I felt so sick Ihad to stop for the day, I also had to drop back from 5-drops per hour MMS1 to 3 drops. This morning I felt so sick I had to back off and only take one drop MMS and no MMS2.
.
I have some questions concerning the taking og calcium and magenesium, can be taken together or should one wait a bit after taking one of the minerals?

Depending on how feel tomorrow, I intend to start taking the MMS may just a 1/4 three times a day.

Thanks,
B

Hi Bwalia. It's important to take the MMS1 at hourly intervals no matter how small the dose. Hold off on the MMS2 until you can get the MMS1 back up to where you were. (3 x 10) . You can take the minerals and vitamins whenever you want. Try to minimize your carbohydrate intake and increase your protein (red meat , fish, eggs, cheese). When you have stabilized, try the MMS2 again, but only a few granules per capsule to start. Always cut the doses in half if you have a bad reaction, but slowly build up again as possible.
Keep up the good work! Please keep us posted - we're all interested in your progress!

Hallo everybody, here is my follow-up report of what have been doing since my last post.
I managed to bring my daily intake of mms1 to 3-drops for 10 hours, after three days I started taking mms2 but this time only a few granules five times a day, the next day I increased to ¼ capsule and kept it on for three days on the fourth day I increased to ½ capsule and it went well for two days. I managed to increase my mms1 drops to 4 drops X10. Fifth day I thought I could increase to a whole capsule, which went well although I had slight nausea the whole day, the following day after taking the third capsule I felt so sick and had to rush to the bathroom and stayed there for almost half an hour, I was so sick I really thought I would vomit out all my intestines!!
This morning I could only manage 1 drop mms1 every hour and no more mms2, I think I shall wait until I am again on 3-drops x 10 again then make another attempt with mms2.

Monday I have an appointment with my Dr. who has been urging me to start a chemo treatment. I am yet to know the result of my blood count and will report back. In the meantime I am relatively ok, before I started with mms1 I had lots of pains and aches and had even thought of taking pain killers but they are getting lesser every day now.

Question: Since I seem to be finding it difficult to increae my mms1 intake before 3-drops shall I try with CDS? With no nausea and no diarrhoea - I just do not know how it is to be taken.

Hi Bwalia. Thanx for the update. When you can get back to the 3x10, go slowly with the MMS2. If you can get up to 1/2 cap, stay with that for at least a week before increasing. A full cap makes me sick every time.
CDS goes on the same schedule as MMS1 with 1millilitre @3000ppm being the equivalent of 3 drops MMS1, increasing as possible. Will you be making your own?
Chemo will make you sick and doesn't help the MMS.

Hallo Paul, thanks for reply. I am looking for a supplier in my area, but out here this may be a bit tricky as people are pretty scared of being associated with MMS, will most probably make my own and take it from there.
Do I takethe CDS with water/juice like I do with mms1 and to I take it 10 hrs a day.I saw a video of both JH and Andreas Kalcker making CDS which seemed quite easy.

Can someone please let me have a hard co.py of the ingridients and procedure before I spring my kitchen into the air!!!!
Thanks Paul.

Hello bwalia, it can be scary to start something like this, but just look at all of the positive reports coming in every week.
Faith, and the help of all these good people and good things will happen.

Best wishes, brenie.

Bwalia, The most important thing with MMS2 is to drink lots and lots of water.
I mean like 2 or 3 8 ounce glasses of pure filtered water with each dose. That's the only way I can tolerate the MMS2.
This way I've had no reactions at all.
Good Luck just keep trying until you find what works for you.
