Hi people, here is my update since my last post.

Well, after a bout of diarreaoh and vomiting which lasted 4 days, I started again with 1 x 10 mms1, increased to a drop more after two days until I got to taking 3 drops x 10 mms1 and started adding DMSO to the activated mms1, this has made it easier for me to take the 3 x 10 as I do not have any nausea nor diarreaoh.

on the 5th day I added a few granules of mms2, next day increased to a 1/4 capsule for three days. I am now taking 4 drops mms1+ DMSO x 10 and 1/2 mms2 x 4 times a day. I discovered that I can hold down the 1/2 mms2 capsule if I eat something before taking it (sandwitch) and drink a lot of water before and after (bless you Pam). I intend to stay on 1/2 capsule for a week (thanks Paul) and then graduate to 1 full capsule lol

Tomorrow I will be increasing the mms1 drops to 5 x 10.

In the meantime, I ordered some CDS which I got yesterday.

I have a question: I have read somewhere on this forum that one can combine taking mms1 and DMSO with CDS, and that DMSO can be added to the CDS, is that possible?

One more requests, I would be very grateful if someone can tell me if there are any health ministers in Germany.

I feel my strength coming back after the many days of diarreaoh where I lost 4kg in three weeks,
and do not have any body pains except for a hot sensation especially in my legs which I feel after taking the mms2, starts about 15 - 20 minutes after taking the capsule. Has anyone ever had this kind of feeling?

My love to everyone out there I feel very lucky being part of this community.
