I was wondering what the sheld life of sodium chlorite and citric acid are.

Are you speaking of MMS? Sodium chlorite is the white flakes or powder, and as long as it's stored appropriately, it should last a very long time. MMS (which is the combination of sodium chlorite and water) will last 4-5 years, at least, as long as it's not exposed to UV. Citric acid should also be fine that long (mine lasted 4 years before it was used up) -
