I had a liver transplant in November 2011. I used MMS before then, but now I am on anti-rejection drugs and antibiotics. Does anyone have any info about MMS and it's affects on these drugs. I want to get off of them. The side effects are terrible. And then they give me drugs for the side effects. I can't ask a medical doctor any of these questions. I would greatly appreciate any info from a professional source. Many thanks. Earl

Hi Earl,

The only thing I can tell you is that we do not have any reports about adverse drug interactions. People have been concerned about it but it does not seem to be happening. Usually MMS helps remove bad side effects from drugs.

If I was you, I would go very slow and try the MMS.

Thanks Michael, thanks for the reply and suggestion. I know not that many people have this experience of a transplant. But, I may as well report some of my findings.

I used MMS and Naturopathic methods to get rid of a cancer tumor at 57. But, my liver was so scarred from Hep C it could no longer regenerate itself.

I just checked my blood pressure this morning and it is fine. I stopped taking the blood pressure medicine and antibiotics. Because it gave me some terrible side affects. I am not recommending this for anyone else. Everybody is different.

For the time being I don't seem to need the antibiotics anymore. It didn't make sense to me to lower my immune system (anti-rejection drugs) and then give me antibiotics. They said I still had Hep C after the transplant and soon they could start giving me some chemo to get rid of the Hep C. That scared the crap out of me. Get a new liver and then start killing things off again the get rid of the hep C. I am not going there.

I know this is a long story. So, I am going to keep going slow with this. Thanks for this forum.
