A basic question on use of MMS when you are healthy and not ill; Should I just start taking MMS at a maintenance level or should I start out with a more aggressive protocol to act like an initial detoxifier? Specific instructions would be appreciated. Since I will be assisting ailing friends I felt I needed to be able to speak from self experience with MMS.

It's good you're healthy :) -If you want to speak to your people from experience, I'd do a full round of the 1000 - You may discover that you need to ramp up slowly, or not - I'd do a couple of days of the baking soda protocol to see what the difference is there - and make up some MMS2 and do that for a couple of day, intermixed with your dosing, as in protocol 2000 - just so that you can see what it's like. It will not hurt you in the least, and you may actually discover that some things you hadn't thought of as "problems" just go away. Among other things, my hair started getting darker again! :P
