The taste of MMS

Hello fellow MMS-ers,

I have started using MMS (protocol 1000) and I have to say that the taste aint that bad.

I mixed the MMS and citric acid to activate, waited, could smell the bleach-like-smell everyone has so far mentioned.

The solution turned yellow, then deep yellow after a few minutes. I added water and knocked it back.

Also, I started with 1 drop for the 1st hour, then 2 and I have just had my 3rd dose of 3-drops.

So far, so good.

Is it possible that some people dont get diarrhea or feel nausea when taking MMS?

Is this normal or will I feel sick after 2-3 days? I would like to thnk that I am healthy but I am taking MMS to treat an ailment so I'm expecting to get sick at some point.....

I would appreciate some feedback.

PS....just knock it back in one, the more you think about the smell just makes it worse.

If you are using the 50% citric acid you only need to wait for 20 seconds before you knock it back - the 10% requires the 3 minute wait.

With the change of the protocol to a max of 3 drops an hour, quite a few people do not experience the nausea or diarrhea - congrats! You should be fine -

I have been using MMS1 for about 2 weeks 3 drop protocol (sometimes not every hour or sometimes less than 8 doses) but for some reason the diarrhea has not stopped yet. My questions is: My body should have gotten used to MMS by now or is it that something else is going on? Also I feel pain in my bones and pain on the sides when I strech. Is this normal?

pastlife - JH always says that when you are experiencing something like diarrhea, you're detoxing faster than your body can get rid of the poisons, so you need to back off on your number of drops. Drop back to 2 drops and see if the diarrhea stops (or to 1 drop) - the herx reaction (like diarrhea) is not a bad thing, but it does take your strength, and you need that for healing. Always stay at the level where you have no herx reaction, and increase slowly. Another option for you might be the CDS - or the MMS with baking soda. If you need those links, let me know.

When I first started taking MMS I had no problems either with the taste or smell and was even taking it 2x a day. Everything was fine until I got to 11 drops and then I got really sick and since then I can neither stomach the taste or smell. Two years later, both stilll make me nauseous so I killl the taste and smell after activation with either direct pressed apple juice or grapefruit juice.

Thanks Pam for the reply, and is the pain in hands normal? or getting a pain while streching is it normal? also is it ok to take it MMS with alka seltzer?

BD51, now, of course, you would never take more than 3 drops at a time. It sounds like you were on an older protocol.

pastlife, I've never heard of taking it with alka seltzer. Pain in hands is fine!

Baking Soda.....just a sliver of it....in my 16oz container...and voila! Taste gone!
Sometimes I use Liquid Stevia. Just a few drops. Try it out.

MMS P 1000 normal taste is fine for me....I simply test for others that have a strong link to taste and want a solution.

Try the baking soda first. If using 32oz P1000 put a maximum of 1/8 tsp of the Baking Soda.

I just put a butter knife in the box and take a sliver of it out and stir it in the 3drop dose [12-12] for 16oz bottle.
