I have been diagnosed with an enlarged heart. I'm in good shape exercise daily, 60 yr. old male 6 ft 4, 250 lbs. They put me on BP 10 mg. and cholesterol 10 mg. Any ideas how to help my heart and get off the meds.

Thanks Papa

Hi Papa. Do you have a BP monitor? Best to have one and check regularly to know when to cut back on BP meds when you start Sacrament/protocol 1000+. Reports indicate that cholesterol meds don't work .
Take 1000 mg Vitamin C after hours (bedtime).

Thank you Paul, I threw the cholesterol meds out a while ago. How long would I stay on the protocol 1000 ? I do use the BP monitor, and have been taking Vitamin C for 12 years.

Thanks again.

Hi Papa,

Ok, this testimony of mine should be taken as low low priority since it is not exactly the same as what you have.

Around November of 2008, an echocardiogram after going on a treadmill resulted in a resulting statement that I had a very slight heart murmur.
Ok, my physician said that we would schedule another one in a year.

Late in 2009, I had another one. This time with no treadmill. The result of this one was that I had a "relaxed aeorta" or aeorta root.
I don't have the report handy, but if someone wants me to look for it I can give the measurement. I think it said it was between 3 and 4 cm.
My physician said that it was at the higher end of normal and we would watch it.

Then on 9/15/2010 I started using MMS1 on the old protocol of about once per day and working the number of drops up to higher amounts.
I may have gotten up to 10 drops but not too sure.

Around December of 2010, I had an echocardiogram without treadmill again. It may matter, but all three of these echocardiograms were at 3 different labs.
So the doctor came in after the technician took the readings and this time they had my heart on some recorded "movie" in black and white on a screen. He played it and discussed that he didn't understand how the earlier report could have suggested what I had told them about the relaxed aeorta root.
He said my heart was as close to "perfect" as he could say.

It sure made me feel good after that.

As I said at the beginning of this message, this may not have anything to do with your case.
I mean, it is even possible that my earlier report of relaxed aeorta was in error, but there was quite a difference to not mean anything.

I had been on MMS1 for 2 or 3 months and had been doing it probably Monday through Friday, but on the weekends I slacked off. That's just me and what worked with my schedule, since I did not have anything really bad in me.
As I wrote in an earlier post, at about the same time period I also got rid of my acid reflux and got off Nexium and have been off ever since then as a result of taking/using MMS1. I am 53 years old.

I hope MMS (or something) helps you.

Joe

Thank You Joe, I understand it's not the same problem so I will try the protocol 1000 for a while like Paul mentioned.

I've done the 3 week routine and plan on doing the maintenance (6drops/day) forever.
