with this article in mind, im not sure that MMS brushing is good for teeth. everytime i have brushed with MMS, my teeth feel sensitive afterwards, and it clearly says here that acid is what decays teeth.
does anyone have any furthe advice on this? my mouth tends to feel 'stripped' after using MMS orally.

Hi rowbot

Welcome and thank you for your question.

Activated MMS is not acid but neutral. My own experience with oral use of MMS is that my teeth are now firmer attached. Very clean, I always rinse after MMS. But I rinse them with my own saliva. I have never had a problem, I don't have to worry about which toothpaste to buy. If no MMS available I use barsoap to clean my teeth.

I hope this answers your question.

Hi rowbot,

I am also using activated MMS for my dental hygiene. I use lesser citric acid and just increase the activation time. After brushing and then gargling and rinsing with the activated MMS, I always do a final rinse with RO purified water to wash out any lingering citric acid.

A few days after I just started using MMS for my dental hygiene, some of my teeth and gums did become sensitive and I suspected that the MMS might be doing something that it was meant to do so I persisted and it went away after a while with no damage or anything to my teeth or gums that I am aware of. I have been using MMS for my dental hygiene for more than 2 months now and have not had any recurrence of the teeth/gums sensitivity problem. I hope this helps.
