hello I have a question
I myself enemas with mms
but I read two different things
* Put 10 drops of MMS in 8 ounces of water.
* put the mms in 4 ounces of water, use
the same amount used orally and go
increase 1/2 drops each time.
which is the best way to get started?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
