When I received my order last Thursday I wasn't feeling very well & wanted to wait til I was "up to par". I started on Sunday with the recommended 24/24 to 32 oz water. First day was alright, only "side effect" I noticed was a slight headrush, no dizziness, no nausea, just a passing sensation. I slept better than I have since I was a teenage, lol, I'm the mother of 5, turning 50 in Oct. Monday I started noticing what I would usually classify as the starts of a migraine, for me. Throughout the day, whenever I wasn't feeling "right" I layed down, another great nights sleep. Day 3 it was suggested that I double the dose & add MMS2, this day I not only had headaches, but significant diarrhea. I felt miserable. Bedtime at 8:30, sleep was not as restful. I had tickets to the hockey game yesterday and didn't want to spend the game in the bathroom and the flu-like symptoms were overwhelming. While I do have breast cancer, I still do not tolerate feeling ill very well, lol, I know, who does? I wasn't able to incorporate the 1000 mg of vit c til Weds. A couple days ago, while reading through all the info on this site I kept running into nutritional values of foods & purchased a juicer as well as a kitchen sprouter to grow my own.

I started again this morning with 12/12 + 32 oz of water. I'll gently increase the dose & also begin adding bathing an atomizing with MMS & DSMO.

I really believe MMS can work to help me heal myself, & I won't need to "beat myself up" with it. I'll keep you "abreast" of any new experiences. Thanks for being the supportive, communicative group you are!

Megan
Thank you for all you do,
