I am happy to report that my 2 Stray Kittens ,after 3 days of 6 to 8 treatments each are almost completely recovered from Rhinotracheitis .
The trick to it was to a) make sure they had food in their stomachs (or it would come back up as fast as I could get it down)
b) buffer the MMS with a little Baking Soda to a slightly salty taste and absolutely no fizz when feeding
c) start out with 1/2 a drop just to be sure. Meat eaters ,as a rule of thumb ,seem to need up to 3 times more MMS than herbivores of the same size.
The kittens are around 3 lb each and easily tolerated 3 drop doses every 90 min.
Because of the disease symptoms there was issues with swallowing more than 0.5 cc at once . I used a 3cc syringe to medicate.and would give them short breaks
They did not fight me with the buffered MMS, while feeding it w.o the baking Soda had turned into a huge struggle.

Thanks appaloosadreamer, this is a great testimonial!!!

I have been recommending the baking soda protocol to everyone and it is good to see these kittens responded to it so well.

This lends support to the idea that this protocol will be useful with children, the elderly and anyone who is putting up a fight taking the standard protocol.
