pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3702	Take a size 0 capsule, hold the big part in your left hand (assuming you're right handed) pick up some MMS2 in your right hand, drop into capsule, put the top part of the capsule on. Start with a few grains of MMS 2 and increase over time - always staying within tolerance (i.e., if you find that you don't feel good, use less MMS2) The following user(s) said Thank You: paul

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
