Hello,
I just ordered Jim's newest book. I clicked to order the hardcopy and paid shipping. However, I received download instructions (which I accidentally clicked on and closed). They never asked for my address or anything to ship. Now, I don't have a way to either download nor do I suspect I'm going to receive a copy of the book. I ordered it from his website. Any help here? Not sure where I missed it???
