yesterday, I went down by one drop and took 10 drops only of MMS. Had nausea and diarrhea. The diarrhea was managable but the nausea is a miserable feeling. Would you say that my discomfort is caused by the MMS is healing faster than my comfort level, or am I over dosing a little before my body is ready. Perhaps there are other reasons, but its hard to keep using if I have to feel so bad. This happened 2 days in a row. Help!

KindRosemary, how are you taking your MMS? Are you doing 10 drops spread out over 8 hours, or 1.25 drops an hour?

There are a number of things that could be causing discomfort, and a herxheimer reaction is certainly one. An allergy to citric acid is another. What are you using to activate your MMS.

If we knew what you were doing, we might be able to help more. How do you make it, and how long do you activate it, and what kind of activator? Don't hesitate to drop back to 1 drop an hour, or even less. If you are making a bottle for the day (32 oz) you can put in 4 drops activated and get 1//2 a drop per hour (drinking 1/2 cup an hour) - You definitely don't want to be uncomfortable - takes up the energy you could use in healing.

Thanks for your PM, and I've responded. After I did, I came into the regular forum and notice (if you hit recent topics, you will see it) that there was 2 new posts in the Liver Flush thread - I don't know if you've had a chance to read it, but it might be of interest.

Please keep us posted!

Later Edit - the PM I received was from someone else, but she had a very similar issue to yours. So, we are back to my original questions in my earlier post. :)
