I've been having problems with eating certain foods, which are regarded as very healthy, mainly vegetables. If I eat things like cabbage, brussels, brocolli,I feel absolutely awful,I mean awful and it has been suggested to me that its caused by a faulty gene that means you cant tolerate anything with sulphur and sulphites in.Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know about the CBS snp...C699t gene and the CBS snp...A360A gene?

This is a big problem as I am also diabetic. If I eat foods with suphur/sulphites in,I feel really ill,if I eat other foods, they raise my blood sugars,I cant win! My body is totally messed up and getting worse and I dont know what to do.When I drink my mms,my stomach burns badly and cant drink it and Pam suggested putting some baking soda in it to alkalise the citric acid in it,but I suffer with low stomach acid and alkalising the mms solution will make my lack of stomach acid worse,HELP!!!

I am at such a loss I really dont know which way to turn,I feel as though I'm becoming intolerant or reacting to everything I consume, whether it be food/drink or medications, any ideas would be very much appreciated.Sorry to be a pain and keep asking questions:((

best wishes sharon

Hi Sharon

As a medical practitioner I find that high doses of Vitamin C is best medicine to prevent allergies. By right Vitamin C is an essential liver enzyme we lack but not the animal world. Taking the powder could also cause diarhoea and therefore Liposomal vitamin c is superior. You could try to make it yourself using an ultrasound cleaner with lecithin

Hi Janneman,thankyou for your post!

I have tried Vit C before in high doses, but had no effect from it at all! I thought that when Vit C gives you diarrhoea, its because you have reached your bodies tolerance level.I am debating on doing a liver cleanse, but I dont know if this will make me too sick on top of everything else.I though it might help my liver by forcing stones etc out,so the liver can do its job better,as mines fatty and I have diabetes.I also had my gallbladder removed,so I could still have stones in my liver too, this could be why I have diabetes and inflammation in my blood.

best wishes sharon

At some moment of my life I've had silimar impression, as if food was killing me. Everything has been making me feel bad: carbs, fats, proteins. But it was at times I have no idea about MMS and the importance of food. I was addicted to sugars I was able to eath 4 bars of white chocolate and 0,5kg pack of salty sticks throughout the night... then after sleepless, but arduous night, I was leaving my flat and going to the university. I also didn't realize how important the sleep is.

But the things have changed. I've started using MMS, avoided processed food, resigned eating bread (gluten generally) and dairy. Then I learned to observe my body and I noticed that big meals doesn't agree with my health. I have no problems with obesity, yet I think my organism is producing digestive enzymes in low quantities, that's why smaller meals suits me.

If MMS is tough for your stomach, maybe you you should try administering MMS through the skin (with DMSO), enamas or IV insertions.

According to "healthy food", I've read very interesting publications written by Brian Peskin (whose diet was advised by Jim Humble) and Cambridge International Institute For Medical Science:
Fiber Fiction
Soy Fiction
Dietary Fats Explained: Saturated Fats, Unsaturated Fats, & Trans Fats Plus Eating Right: Biology Versus Popular Opinion (there is a matter-of-fact table showing whether we're more like carnivore or more like herbivore)

He's also issued a few publications that should be useful for diabets:
The Truth About Ketones & Ketosis
Glycolysis - Regulation, Processes And Diseases
Study Undercuts Diabetes Theory
Sugars & Fats The Diabetes Epidemic
Protein & Natural Fats DO NOT CAUSE Ketoacidosis The Uselessness of the Glycemic Index

All his writings are incredibly interesting, myths about cholesterol, fish oils and the like. I like reading his publications as he is an engineer in the matter of nutrition. His maxim is "The Science NOT Opinion", it great describes the character of his reports.

What a pity. If you decite on installing some apt software I would recommend "Foxit PDF Reader", quite small, fast and free. If you have no rights to install any soft or for other reason can't do this, you still can read PDF files online just as ordinary website. Here are a few such services which enable you to do it:
viewer.zoho.com/home.do
www.pdfescape.com/open/
docs.google.com/viewer
