Sky,I only scratched the surface with my health issues too!Lol!

My mental ability is the worst its ever been at the moment,I cant deal with much, cant go shopping without my husband, cant cope with any problems that arise, sometimes cant even open a letter in case its too stressful and my memory is that of someone with dementia, literally!

Its hard to believe that my diabetes is fixable, its been really hard to "accept" that I have it! I am on 4 metformin a day and I've also started ALA and Biotin and it doesnt seem to have made a bit of difference,so I wont be buying them anymore.I also get diarrhoea everyday and its the metformin thats caused that and that cant be doing me any good!My doctor suggested reducing my dose, but it made my bg's go up slightly so I upped it again.

Yes,it was a lot of antibiotics, for many years and I'm sure its done a lot of damage, which I guess will take time to repair.

I dont know about the vegetarian path, but definately not vegan. What would I eat as a vegetarian if I cant have meat and fish, how would I get my protein? I dont consider a vegetarian diet normal for a human,we are supposed to eat meat.

I am type 2 diabetic,my husbands type 2 diabetic, although he wont believe me and my daughter has PCOS.

I will check out the link and google the health ranger. Thanks Sky.

best wishes sharon

Hi Sharon, have you ever heard of, Haemachromatosis, look it up if you have not.
I know what chronic fatigue is like, but I have this day started using CDs , I hope it helps me. My pain has been diminished by cutting out wheat.especially the hip and leg pain (left).
I do hope you get well.

Hi Maria,I have heard of haemachromatosis,as my husband has it and it has just caused him to have 4 heart attacks 4 weeks ago, thats why I havent been "surfing" the forum.Actually, his stupid haematologist caused it as he never bothered to have my husbands heart checked,if he had,my husband wouldnt have had a single heart attack and have died 4 times! Now he has permanent damage to his heart,a stint in his heart and still has a very large clot in one of his heart chambers and a whole multitude of poisonous drugs supposedly to help keep him alive! What my husband needs is a series of liver cleanses, which I will get him to do soon and hope to get him off some of the poisons he is taking.

What are CD's?

I am absolutely exhausted looking after my husband and everything else and being ill myself makes it soooo much harder. We actually expected me to have the heart attack, not my husband!Lol! I eat wheat,I did try to stop, but I had permanent diarrhoea and the only thing that stops it,is to eat wheat, but I dont digest my foods well.It does put my blood glucose levels up more than I would like, but having so much diarrhoea is equally bad.

I cant see me getting better at the moment, but my husband is my priority;)

best wishes sharon
